Bought quesabirrias plate but the consome was more water and oil than a taste of birria broth ? quesabirrias were fried, we had cabeza tacos but were not tasty with yellow corn tortillas ( not a lover of yellow tortillas they have a different taste) ? overall it was ok tho the food, open late hours.

Ordered quesabirria and it was good. Tasted as if they put cloves or something (maybe cinnamon) in the meat? Also meat was very very fatty, consume was watery and lacked depth. Service was great and food was ready quickly.

(GETTING CAUGHT UP ON REVIEWS WE TRIED THIS AWHILE BACK) Well we finally decided to try it. Our city loves food trends. The latest one being birria and all it's iterations and concoctions. First, we genuinely believe the consomme is just as important as the meat itself. SALTY! It was all super salty. Almost to the point it was inedible. I had to go home and mess with what we ordered to cut the saltiness. The papa preparada was by far the most disappointing thing. Flavorless! The salsa were great. The Torta Cubana was really good. That's all I can really say.

I just pulled over and happened to try them one day, and this is the best birria I've had in the south so far, from three different city, no lie. I have been back several times since that first trip, and now have my family hooked on their food too.They are very kind people and make food that you will taste in your mouth four hours after your meal. The quesabirria is divine. It is made by people that care about the business they are building and the people they are serving. You can tell in the quaility of the food that they want you to come back. Every time we pull up the parking lot is full of life even close to closing, and I appreciate that they stay open late as they are open till midnight and I always have time to stop by.If you haven't stopped here, if you are waiting and don't know if you should pick them or someone else, then you're for sure missing out. This birria will have you wanting to tell everyone. I hope for many years of good fortune to this business, and I hope they never change. It's not every day you find 4 birria tacos, at a good price and smacks your taste buds this hard.

tried a new food truck place the other day and loved it, so i decided to try this one. i was excited to try the birria ramen, but it sadly disappointed. rarely any noodles, mostly just meat and cheese. the quesabirria, though, was delicious! super juicy and well seasoned. will definitely go back to get more, but again won’t really recommend the birriaramen

I was looking for birria tacos so I did a quick google search and found this food truck. I decided to give them a try and I’m so very glad I did. I got the queso birria and 3 regular beef tacos. The tacos were huge, stuffed with meat and my husband said they were seasoned perfectly. My queso birria was AMAZING!! 4 good size tacos, perfectly crispy, seasoned well with the perfect amount of cheese. I’m so impressed that I drove home and the tacos were still crunchy when I ate them. The consommé was absolutely perfect! The service was great and super fast. This will be my go to spot for birria tacos. I forgot to take pics of the regular tacos.
