I just pulled over and happened to try them one day, and this is the best birria I've had in the south so far, from three different city, no lie. I have been back several times since that first trip, and now have my family hooked on their food too.They are very kind people and make food that you will taste in your mouth four hours after your meal. tried a new food truck place the other day and loved it, so i decided to try this one. i was excited to try the birria ramen, but it sadly disappointed. rarely any noodles, mostly just meat and cheese. the quesabirria, though, was delicious! super juicy and well seasoned. will definitely go back to get more, but again won’t really recommend the birriaramen
