Just a delicious food truck that is kind of a hidden gem. No seating so it's all to go. I'm not big on Turkey legs, but I've never had one this good. Great smoke fall off the bone meat. My wife and I shared the Mac and cheese leg with the shrimp and it was more than enough for the two of us. Dreaming about the next time I get to put some of that tender, delicious meat in my mouth again.
This is seriously the best turkey leg in town. It literally fell right off the bone when I picked it up. I also had a side of Mac and cheese that I didn't get a chance to take a picture of that was pretty dry. Not much of an ambiance since it is a food truck. Wait time on weekdays are not long but expect a bit of a wait on the weekend. I will definitely be going back just for the classic turkey leg!

Absolutely delicious!! Full of flavor and tender! Unfortunately they ran out of rice (was really looking forward to it) but they gave a pint of Mac and cheese in its place. Definitely worth the drive if you don't live on that side of San Antonio or even in the area. P.S. both plates easily fed two people with half of it saved for leftovers.
