We recently got a cake from here for my sister’s bridal shower. It was absolutely delicious and sooo cute/perfectly decorated. The cake was so moist and the pastry creme filling was perfect. But their customer service took it to a whole other level! My sister had originally ordered a cake from another bakery, who canceled on her the day before the shower… she called Rooster Crow and they were so kind and able to do it with only one day’s notice! Less than 24 hours before my bridal shower, another baker canceled on me. I called Rooster Crow, and was immediately helped by the owner Jenn who was so accommodating and completely saved the day with this cake. After speaking to her on the phone and being able to order a cake on such a short turnaround, I was able to rest assured that everything was taken care of. Less than 24 hours before my bridal shower, another baker canceled on me. I called Rooster Crow and Jenn answered right away and was SO helpful and accommodating to get a beautiful cake for me with such a short turnaround. Customer service 100% and taste 100%. We got funfetti cake with vanilla pastry filling and it was DELICIOUS. I will be getting my wedding cake here and highly recommend for any special occasion cake!!!
