Wonderful food! The staff is so nice! we will definitely be returning.
I ordered Huevos Rancheros, and there was not a single bit of seasoning on anything. The salsa on the eggs was even bland. Not only that, while the CDC has already made new statements...the little sign on the tables “keep your mask on until done ordering AND EATING!” is one of the most asinine things I’ve ever seen. As if wearing your mask, and touching an entire table, will keep germs from spreading after you leave and a server cleans the table. Very little thought was put into this ridiculous sign, as it does literally nothing but show an ineptitude to the times. Requiring this of vaccinated people is likening of some of the worst societies in history too. Don’t get me wrong, a private company can do what they please, but....Vaccinated people can’t even go in there without absolutely ridiculous protocols, which the staff hardly follows but my goodness, if you take your mask off before eating!!! Terrible food, some guy was sitting at a table giving everyone mean glares the whole time (and breaking your own mask rule....), overpriced to be honest, and just...no. The cheese on a bean and cheese taco was literally cold for goodness sake! Cold! Who wants cold cheese on a breakfast taco? Wife and I will personally never be going back. So excited to try it, so very disappointed. Fajita Express was better, after the food was sweating in a delivery container and arrived soggy. That was better than Rosita’s. The one good thing was the service. Perla was very nice. But the guy sitting at the table playing mask police while not even wearing one half the time himself (hanging off his ear while playing on his phone) seemed to keep everyone on edge. Anyways; bad food, bad pricing, bad atmosphere, and asinine/uneducated views on masks. Do what you want as a company, I don’t have to eat there or give you any money. One time was enough to know there’s better Mexican food all over SA!
