Tamahli opened around my area about 7 years ago, and while I never ate there, I had often heard that their tamales were delicious. In fact, I had a coworker who couldn't get enough of them. They closed pretty soon after opening, so, I never had a chance to taste their tamales. Fast forward to a couple of days, when I discovered that they had a brick-and-mortar site where orders could be placed and picked up. Yum yum yum! My grandma and I have been looking for a place that sells sweet tamales and Tamahli has some darn good ones. We ordered the pink one, the pumpkin ones, some chicken and green sauce ones, and some amazing banana wrapped Mole ones!Order online and go pick them up now ! I will definitely return and I recommend to others looking for delicious tamales.

I order these every time we visit San Antonio because they are top quality and lard free. They always have soft, fluffy masa and flavor packed fillings. I just picked up 4.5 dozen for the holiday season and this order was fantastic as usual. My favorite tamales!
