The WORST. Always manage to mess up my order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich but instead got someone else’s food. I asked the lady if the bag of food I was grabbing was mine and she said yea. Just avoid.
This location is on campus. You order at a kiosk and then wait for them to call you. For the money I think it's better than the other expensive coffee shop on campus but they get so busy they can't keep the waiting area clean during peak times. The coffee etc is exactly what you would expect it to be from a Dunkin Donuts though. However the selection of donuts has been limited when I have gone in there.

it's just so inconsistent. and it's not just day-to-day inconsistency it's hour-to-hour it seems. the food is always the same which is great, but the drinks are what's inconsistent. some days it's A tier and other days it's like burnt espresso, or it tastes sour, or it tastes like dirty dish water. the baristas are nice, and the inconsistency of product doesn't seem intentional. but for almost 3 years it it has persisted and has been something i have noticed.
