The Monday Evening Team LACKS Overall Experience, Service, and Drinks. Not as communicative when they are short on certain products, being ignored 10 times without a care in the world. Making Coffee is something they need to work on. Bryna and her other Co-Workers need to know when is the best place to talk behind a customers back without making it obvious instead of doing right in front of them.
