“Went to this place with friends after another place was closed. Staff was friendly. We had the some appetizers like the gyoza dumplings (pork) fried that was really good. Also the Edamame and Jalapeño Lagoon which is jalapeño deep fried with cream cheese and crab meat. I had the Avocado roll which has Chicken Tempura, avocado, cucumber and sushi rice. Normally they would top it with spicy crab but I asked to have mine without the crab. It was really good. Got our food quickly. My friends enjoyed the different rolls they ordered. Will definitely come back again since there are other things in the menu I want to try. It is also reasonably priced.“

“We have been here a few times and are very pleased with this restaurant. The meats are well seasoned and portions are good for the price. This is the first BBQ place we have found where the “HOT” sauce, in fact, is. Long live The Purple Pig!!“

“My husband and mother in law had never been here so I took them for their first visit. My husband was so impressed he wants us to have a weekly date night here. My MIL had never had cucumber salad or Thai fried rice and enjoyed both very much. The service was excellent as was the food. I don’t know why we waited so long to come back here (I’d been several years ago and enjoyed it) but we will become regulars. I highly recommend the Pad Thai, cucumber salad, summer rolls, and Penny roll! Delish!“

“We showed up early Sunday Afternoon, about an hour before they closed. We were seated in under 10 minutes. All the staff were hustling. We had the Norde Brisket (wonderful) and a Chili Relleno (big and tasty). Everything exceeded our expectations. We had not been here since before Covid, we will be going more.“

“I have made this Diner a frequent stop for Breakfast and sometimes dinner. The staff is very friendly and go beyond their normal routine to help you out. The food is always delicious and the coffee is the best around. I come from an area where the pork tenderloin is a major menu item. Here their pork cutlet is the closest I have found around. I just wish it was on the menu more than once a week.“

“We decided to come on a whim and we’re definitely not disappointed! The tables were full as the usual it seems! We opted to sit at the bar and were greeted with amazing service! Maci and Geneva were phenomenal! It’s nice to walk into a place and feel like family and not just a customer! I didn’t get to get any pictures of the food but it was amazing also! We got a few buckets of beer to drink and for food we got plenty….the meat pizza, a small cheese pizza, wings, pizza sticks and cheese sticks and all were so delicious! Definitely will be coming back again! If your looking for a place with great customer service and delicious food this place is a MUST!“

“Amazing Chicken Pho! Perfect for when you are in need of some warm, healthy, comfort food. My daughter had the Egg Foo Young w/Chicken. It was a very adventurous choice for her. She raved about the sauce that was served with it. She enjoyed it as much as I did.“

“The food and people are amazing but, Wow, their drive thru times must be through the roof. They are trying to copy chick fil a with having people outside in the drive thru but it's not working. I work close by and come for lunch, frequently. Hopefully, some change and improvement come soon. I was able to type this review while waiting in the drive thru line. :)“

“Checked out the new location in Schertz and it was packed. So packed it took 30 minutes before we had someone check on us after we sat down but once Tum Tum took our order, the service was phenomenal. Very pleasant and personable. Highly recommend asking for her. Big screen TVs everywhere to catch any game you want so be prepared for it to be a little noisy. Very clean establishment. Can't go wrong with their wings. Tried their Cranberry Kick flavor. Starts off sweet and then you will feel the kick. Not even a gradual heat. It's just a kick.“

“We needed a late night place to eat so we decided to try it. If you've been to a Rosie's Cafe or Taco Cabana, this place is very similar. I do think the food here is better. I recommend the queso, and the chicken fajita quesadilla. Their nachos looked really good too, but I didn't try them.“

“I had the #1 ( 2 enchiladas /2 puffy tacos with guacamole. The guacamole was thin, not thick . I’ll pass on guacamole next time, but the food was delicious , Enchiladas chips/salsa was good, beans also great flavor. Tortilla homemade.. my puffy taco didn’t hold up, need to eat with a fork.“
