“Good Thai food and servers are always very friendly. Dining area always seems well kept. Atmosphere is calming with background music at appropriate lvl to have conversations and still enjoy the sound. Some dishes do seem to be overly sweet vs other Thai, but for the vast majority it is spot on traditional Thai fare.“

“IMy cousin saw they have a buffet so I decided to check it out. It's not the traditional buffet I expected, but more like a wedding style buffet. I did not see anything appealing on there but felt like I should try something since I was already there. I ordered the beef stir fry and it was pretty tasty but I will not be going back. My waitress was very nice.“

Also, for a food truck, it was exceptionally clean!We had the chicken pad Thai, chicken massaman curry and shrimp basil and don't forget the mango sticky rice! It smelled Devine.We couldn't wait to eat so we sat on the back of the SUV and ate it there. Everything was delicious and hot.We'll definitely go back soon and recommend it to everyone.“

“Very good foodMy dinner plate was the pineapple plate but no pineapple ???????On the other hand The Service wasn't very good.... “This is like a sweet mom and pop shop (:I love eating here, the waitresses are always so sweet and the staff is amazing. The food is amazing quality (my grandma and mom are immigrated from Thailand and LOVE the quality of the Thai food here.)I can personally attest for my grandma, who is undergoing chemo, that it has been so hard finding food she will actually eat for the last few months. She’s requested we bring her here to Thai Cafe a handful of times because she SPECIFICALLY misses and craves the authentic Thai food that she had back in Thailand.“

“We found this little gem located on Universal City. We order the pepper steak and the O'cha spring rolls. The food was very delicious and the people were friendly. However, it was a little hard to understand the person who took our order over the phone. There is very little parking in the front as it's shared with other businesses. But the food is worth coming back.“

“My husband and mother in law had never been here so I took them for their first visit. My husband was so impressed he wants us to have a weekly date night here. My MIL had never had cucumber salad or Thai fried rice and enjoyed both very much. The service was excellent as was the food. “Lunch portion was a pretty decent size, pad thai was good, though I think next time I'll get a hot instead of the medium since it was still pretty mild for my taste. The thai tea was too milky. Overall I would visit again.Parking: Went around lunch time, parking was ok but the lot is shared with other businesses so it might be more difficult during the dinner rush“

“The food are very good and the portion is very generous. The owners are very nice and they remember what is my usual order. The ingredient is fresh and good quality. I highly recommend this place. I hope that the owners could find more help and open the dine-in service soon. It is just two of them running this place and they try their best to provide the best food and service. “If I lived closer I would be here at least once a week. This place has the BEST pho in San Antonio. The broth is just so good. The workers are very nice and even remember us now. It gets a little quiet inside sometimes but there’s something about the 5 minute crafts they play constantly that makes me enjoy the experience a little more. I’ll probably always come back here“

“I find the owners could not be any more helpful. I asked for a dish that would have lots of vegetables and the Pad Wun Sen was suggested I had never had glass noodles but figured I like noodles. how can I go wrong? The dish was wonderful. I've had it several times since.On a different note, if you like real Italian food, homemade noodles check out the Italian restaurant at the other end of the strip center.
