“I love this donut shop..We always go there Today I ordered 3 large Kolache's 1 cream cheese danish ...I went to drive thru ... Paid $12 and some change Got home only 2 large Kolache and my cream cheese danish .. So I went back and told the lady she only gave me 2...She started arguing with me saying she gave me 3 ..She gave me a closed bag when I got home bag was still closed .... She was arguing with me in front of other customers ..It was embarrassing .. She was determined to convince me I was a liar .. I go there ALL the time and always got what I ordered ..When I went back it was just to pick up my other Kolache I had paid for . I didn't think a lot about it cause we all make mistakes that was until she wanted to argue .. She was Very rude about it too... I'm the one that should have been upset having to go back !!!!! I talked to the owner he said he would talk to her.. I give 4 stars because they have good Kolache and donuts !!! But that lady !!!!Ugh !!!! Not the younger one ..She is also an owner .. The owner gave me a dozen donut holes just to be nice .. That woman arguing with me though so rudely in front of customers instead of just a simple I'm sorry let me get your Kolache made me Very upset ....Shame on her !!!!!!“

“I have an extensive list of coffee shops on my "must try" and Oso has definitely been on my list. I got up early this morning and decided to swing by for a coffee with a friend. The location is very small but extremely inviting. The inside can sit maybe 10-15 people and there is some outdoor seating available. I could see this place getting packed pretty quickly. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. While we already had breakfast prior to arriving we were pleasantly surprised they offered a breakfast menu. We both had the horchata latte and a concha. We really enjoyed the horchata latte was really good, super excited to try more drinks! This might be my new regular!“

“In town visiting family and tried this place based on reviews. It did not disappoint, the donuts were absolutely delicious. We got a variety and every one was delicious, especially the cinnamon twist and the seasonal pumpkin spice. They also had a wide selection of kolaches, we tried the brisket one and it was delicious. We want to come back and try some with eggs and bacon among others. The staff was super friendly and they had a steady stream of customers on a Saturday morning (always a good sign).“

“Smells Heavenly....we only get them occasionally because of our diet but we've eaten them for 20 yrs...the donuts, of all flavors, and kolaches are melt in your mouth delicious!!! I go in for donuts around 0550, and they always give me a fresh batch. They pretty much melt in your mouth. They are also very affordable, with a dozen donuts running at just $7.00. I have gone to other places where the dozen costs twice as much. When I take my daughter for donuts to a shop closer to her school, she always spends close to $10.00. They are so friendly and welcoming plus there’s a spacious area to sit down. Their food taste fresh everytime, I can’t recommend them enough. Just a tip— there’s another exit/entrance behind this business on Allen Genoa, so if you’re having trouble exiting back onto Shaver St., I would go through the back side.
