“This was our first time getting donuts in the eat end and to be honest this place was amazing! They are very sweet and welcoming we had a dozen donuts; they were fresh, yummy and my 4 year old ate all of it not just the chocolate part. He loved them ?? the kolaches were great & the ham egg and cheese croissant as well . There vanilla iced coffee was also amazing ?? 5 starts hands down better than Shipley ‘s . Nothing we got was stale ???This is officially our donut place ? Thanks again for the yummy food ?“

The sausage in the kolaches actually goes all the way thru the breading. Croissants are super soft and filled, with crispy exterior. All in all great spot. “Their strawberry, glazed & cake donuts are the best. The ones with cereal are stale. It’s rare I go in & get fresh donuts, but they say they make them every hour. “Every time I take donuts or kolaches to my colleagues, they always ask where they're from. These people take pride in their skills and are always so kind. I go in for donuts around 0550, and they always give me a fresh batch. They pretty much melt in your mouth. They are also very affordable, with a dozen donuts running at just $7.00. I have gone to other places where the dozen costs twice as much. When I take my daughter for donuts to a shop closer to her school, she always spends close to $10.00. “My family and I love this place! They make you feel welcome immediately upon walking in the door. The donuts are amazing. The apple fritters and cake donuts are amazing. My favorite is the burritos, my husbands is the jalapeño sausage kolaches, and our sons varies each visit. My son loves it here. They are attentive to his needs and always make sure to ask him directly what he'd like to order. Nobody does that anymore! Makes him feel so special. Great service and great food.“

“This loaction sells some of the best kolaches , they're fluffy , warm and the breading is sort of like a flaky croissant . the customer service is always on point the prices are okay compared to shipley's but they make up for the quality these kolaches were $2.59+ tax each or $15.00+tax for the 1/2 dozen . She gave us donut holes for no extra charge and greeted us as we entered and exited the shop . Definitely reccommend if you're not picky on cost and are looking for some good kolaches .“

“Whenever I passed by this place in the mornings, it would be busy so I wanted to try it out for myself and since then, this has been my go-to for croissant sandwiches and kolaches. They are so friendly and welcoming plus there’s a spacious area to sit down. Their food taste fresh everytime, I can’t recommend them enough. Just a tip— there’s another exit/entrance behind this business on Allen Genoa, so if you’re having trouble exiting back onto Shaver St., I would go through the back side. I know that part of Shaver St. gets hectic during weekdays with the high school across the street.“

“I love this donut shop..We always go there Today I ordered 3 large Kolache's 1 cream cheese danish ...I went to drive thru ... Paid $12 and some change Got home only 2 large Kolache and my cream cheese danish .. So I went back and told the lady she only gave me 2...She started arguing with me saying she gave me 3 ..She gave me a closed bag when I got home bag was still closed .... She was arguing with me in front of other customers ..It was embarrassing .. She was determined to convince me I was a liar .. I go there ALL the time and always got what I ordered ..When I went back it was just to pick up my other Kolache I had paid for . I didn't think a lot about it cause we all make mistakes that was until she wanted to argue .. She was Very rude about it too... I'm the one that should have been upset having to go back !!!!! “It's a nice donut shop. The cashier seems to be a very nice and hard-working lady. I usually go to Shipley's for my donuts. But after finding this, I might not go back.The donuts are very soft and sweet but not overly sweet. It's a great donut shop it's just the location is slightly out of sight.“

I love the spinach and feta thingy they have ( not sure what its actually called, lol.) The ham and swiss roll is so good. I love that they cute up the ham and its not just a solid piece. They have brisket, boudin, regular sausage and cheese, jalapeno sausage and cheese kolaches, and much more. The iced coffee is pretty good. If you have not checked out this place, then you need too! Thank you guys for serving the Pasadena community! And remember, this is a mom and pop shop, so the price may be very different then a big chain donut shop. Shopping local and supporting a small business will not always be cost effective. I have no problem paying their prices in comparison to Dunkin Donuts, I'd rather give Texas Donut Houses my business.
