“So I was iffy when I pulled up to this spot. Since it was a food truck outside the gas station. Since almost every single place is Dallas does horrible on any type of take out. Especially a Philly Cheese steak. But man let me tell you. This has been one of the best spots I have been too in years.They have a variety of cheese steaks and combinations of how you want it. I been here so many times the people in the truck already know my name. Plus they have an app for reward points and ordering ahead. Which makes everything so much easier.Beat thing I probably had was the original chicken Philly and I am not a fan of chicken like that. Go give them a shot. “The BBQ gods smiles on this day. We were driving and looking for a new place to try. I saw this place and even though it is a trailer on the side of the road the smell called to us. We tried the brisket, pork belly, ribs, potato salad, baked beans, brisket-biscut, and peach cobbler. Lets start with the negative. the baked beans were OK, but nothing i would do agian. I had high hopes for the potato salad and was a little let down but it was ok. the place is a little hard to find and there are no tables. However, that did not stop us from eating in our car since we were just traveling through. but if you are doing take-out you most likely don't care. With that out of the way . . . . . . . WOW. The brisket was outstanding juicy, moist, great color, good smoke ring, not super fatty but a good crust on the outside. the rub had a good spice but did not overpower the meat. The ribs were just as good, not "fall of the bone" but you don[t want that, you want a little bit of chew to the meat. They had a good smoke ring and great flavor. The brisket-biscut was crispy cloud stuffed with love. I am glad we only got one to try with our group because they are addicting. he peach cobbler was very good. not super sweet but a nice flavor. I saved the best for last. If you have never had smoked pork belly then you have no idea what you are missing this was outstanding with flavor that is making my mouth water as I type this. If I am am ever back in this area agian I am making a point to come back to this spot.“
