Old school chicken fried served with skillet gravy? Yes, please. Always feel like I'm one of the family when I walk through the door. Immediately greeted with a "Hey! How have you been doing?" or "Where ya been?" if I miss going to lunch one week. As soon as Miss Susie, an absolute Loggins icon by the way, or Maria sees me walking in the dining room, I know there's an ear to ear smile and a big hug a comin'. Enjoyed the food... the kitchen staff gets there at 6am to start cooking.. the pies, as all the food are made every morning Thanksgiving dinner was made from whole turkeys cooked at the restaurant..The staff is wonderful the kitchen help is terrific run by Anna. Food is cooked without salt and pepper because some people can't take the salt so you have to salt and pepper as needed..
