I would like to think that everything changed due to COVID-19, but that is unequivocally wrong. What we experienced today at your LJS was a complete disregard for customer service, food quality and overall brand disrespect. We ordered the 8piece expensive family meal. Food was good but the employees were apparently having a bad day.. Not once did they smile the entire time we were there. EVERY table was dirty and my husband & I were only the third table in there. It was after 2pm & the lunch rush was over!! Very rude employees!! As we were leaving I yelled out “Thank y’all, come back” lol because they sure weren’t going to say anything!!!

We haven't eaten at one in years and believe me, we haven't missed anything. We ordered here today (2) of the large plates and that was the ABSOLUTELY WORST food we have ever eaten. It was NOT worth $21.84. Brought most of it back to our dog. Best part was the coleslaw. The fish was soooo greasy, the fries were cold. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED, to say the least. If I could give a zero star I would. BEWARE.
