“We found this little gem located on Universal City. We order the pepper steak and the O'cha spring rolls. The food was very delicious and the people were friendly. However, it was a little hard to understand the person who took our order over the phone. There is very little parking in the front as it's shared with other businesses. But the food is worth coming back.“
“Tried this place after reading all the reviews. Can't say that I was disappointed! It was very good and the service was great. Also, for a food truck, it was exceptionally clean!We had the chicken pad Thai, chicken massaman curry and shrimp basil and don't forget the mango sticky rice! It smelled Devine.We couldn't wait to eat so we sat on the back of the SUV and ate it there. Everything was delicious and hot.We'll definitely go back soon and recommend it to everyone.“
“This is like a sweet mom and pop shop (:I love eating here, the waitresses are always so sweet and the staff is amazing. The food is amazing quality (my grandma and mom are immigrated from Thailand and LOVE the quality of the Thai food here.)I can personally attest for my grandma, who is undergoing chemo, that it has been so hard finding food she will actually eat for the last few months. She’s requested we bring her here to Thai Cafe a handful of times because she SPECIFICALLY misses and craves the authentic Thai food that she had back in Thailand.“
“My husband and mother in law had never been here so I took them for their first visit. My husband was so impressed he wants us to have a weekly date night here. My MIL had never had cucumber salad or Thai fried rice and enjoyed both very much. The service was excellent as was the food. I don’t know why we waited so long to come back here (I’d been several years ago and enjoyed it) but we will become regulars. I highly recommend the Pad Thai, cucumber salad, summer rolls, and Penny roll! Delish!“
“Lunch portion was a pretty decent size, pad thai was good, though I think next time I'll get a hot instead of the medium since it was still pretty mild for my taste. The thai tea was too milky. Overall I would visit again.Parking: Went around lunch time, parking was ok but the lot is shared with other businesses so it might be more difficult during the dinner rush“
“The food are very good and the portion is very generous. The owners are very nice and they remember what is my usual order. The ingredient is fresh and good quality. I highly recommend this place. I hope that the owners could find more help and open the dine-in service soon. It is just two of them running this place and they try their best to provide the best food and service. So if they are busy please be kind to them.“
“Very good foodMy dinner plate was the pineapple plate but no pineapple ???????On the other hand The Service wasn't very good.... It took over an hour for from when we walking in to get our food....Wasn't very busy!!!!And after we got our food we never got attendance anymore!!!!No one asked if we needed anything else!!!Very sad because we did like the food!But probably won't go back!Sorry“
