Casa Jalisco, located in the heart of Victoria, Texas, is a hidden gem that serves delicious Mexican cuisine. Monterey plate every time. 100%. Very rarely have I had any issue. Quest blanco is alright. Nothing to write home about. Typical Mexican restaurant style/flavored food. Atmosphere for dinner is loud and joyous. Lunch is softer and relaxing.Attentive servers. Disappearing servers. Russian roulette with that. Which one will you get today??? Only real complaint. Casa Jalisco is now our go-to restaurant for breakfast...Huge plate, delicious eggs, hash browns, refried beans, and tortillas, quick efficient service...and inexpensive!Checks all the boxes for us!!!
