“some of my pizza was missing the girl in the phone pretty much insinuated I lied she asked my address and then proceeded to say oh I remember that one I cut it my self I said ok well it wasn't my full order she said ok as in so what do you want me to do so I said I paid for it I want my full order. she said I'll credit your profile I said ok but then was cut off with ok bye. “After having what was an epic bad week, the pizza coming wrong was the straw that caused me to just break. I called "to speak with the manager" and I was surprised to find kindness and understanding on the other side of the phone. The Manager, Casey, took the brunt of my frustrations and met them with both kindness and resolution. She not only remade my pizza but delivered it personally. I have worked in property management for a very long time and I have never met an individual more deserving of praise and the title of Manager more than Casey. Thank you so much. “They are typically pretty fast at getting your pizza ready to pickup. Delivery is also reasonably quick. I have been buying pizzas from them regularly for last one year and the delivery was delayed only once and it was around midnight. In general I have had good experience at this place.“
“Really, Dominos is my go-to pizza where ever I go, this one is a way out in an area I don't visit often, and man, that pizza today was so much better than the last one I got at that store, last year. They are making better food than ever, I suggest you give them a try and encourage them to continue to make better food.“
