This Chili's is preferred to one closer as it seems to have a more attentive staff. There was another table that was seated after mine & was served quicker. Not sure why. All items ordered came out hot. I ordered the Margarita Chicken. Very good. And, as usual, a bowl of chips & salsa was devoured. The restaurant appeared clean. Would recommend.
Okay so this is another situation that the location may change the rating. For example, the Outback in Presidio/ Alliance area is horrible....food...service...everything. The Outback on 121 near Precinct Line Road is a better representation of that chain.

For some reason in recent years the chilis experience is diminishing. The quality of food is inconsistent and the cleanliness of the restaurant is hit or miss too. We ordered our regular Cajun Chicken Pasta today and decided to get it to go. Got home and it barely had sauce on either entree. Almost noodles and chicken only. And for how much they charge now, needless to say it might be one of our last times visiting this location.
