The staff is very warm and friendly. They stayed calm during a busy rush. They were also helpful whenever we asked questions or for anything.The food is good. You get a lot of food for the price.
I love Cotton Patch, but this visit wasn't up to standard. We were on our way to an event and gave ourselves an hour and 15 min to eat and make it to the event on time. Our server was great and very sweet. We were seated immediately cause they weren't really busy. After waiting 30 min for our food, we noticed the people who came in after us had already been served. Normally, this has been a favorite. Today was not good. The hostess didn't bother to greet us, just said "this way" and stood staring while we sat down. She didn't give us place settings, just went back to scrolling on her phone. Our server wasn't good either. Had to ask for silverware again and it took over 40 minutes to get the food to us in a relatively empty place. No smiles from anyone in there today. Not sure I'll bother with them again.
