“There's a lot of negative feedback and while there's room for improvement, come check it out for yourself. There's some great people working there and they seem to be getting better everyday. Ice cream makes everything better. Better yet, ice cream cake makes everything better(er).“
“My experience was horrible I set my parking lot 30 minutes to get the app in order to get my shake for half price and I paid for it over the app as well with my debit card! They had no record of it did not have my shake made so I sat there and called corporate headquarters I ended up being there an hour and paying for my shake they should have given it to me I will never go to that location again and what sucks is that's the location that's near my house“
“Best Waygu Burger I've ever had in my life. By far!The Manager is really cool, and Lindsey at the bar was the best! Great ambience, and good people. Can't wait to go back for more menu items. Ate my burger so fast didn't even take a picture, which I love to do.“
“I’ve been here a few times and I’m never disappointed. They have nice flavors and good chicken. The service may take longer than others but it is definitely worth it. Additionally they have a drive thru making them more convenient than other chicken places.“
“I really liked the dishes I ordered. Everything is fast and tasty. The guy who served us was very friendly and helped us decide on the order (even though we don’t speak English very well), in general, a special thank you to him ☺️ I was especially pleased with the size of the beer ? it was delicious with fruity notes, as recommended by the waiter) in general, thank you for a pleasant and a delicious dinner ?“
“This was the best atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed everything, and the staff was very attentive to our group. The Rattlesnake was the #1 frozen drink. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the Rattlesnake on my last visit due to high demand. ? The "Moon Tang" sufficed. If ever in Ft. Worth again, I will definitely visit. Let me tell you a secret....the burgers are GREAT!Vegetarian options: The burger patties can be substituted according to your dietary preferences. I had a Blue Goat burger but substituted my protein to the Impossible Burger patty.“
“This is a hidden gem. Food was amazing. The best burger and onion rings I have ever eaten. I will definitely be returning. Not a lot of room for dining in. Many people had called in orders and sitting in available tables waiting on orders. The food here belongs in a more upscale environment but I'm glad it's not.Vegetarian options: Buffalo cauliflower looked delicious. I'll try next time.Wheelchair accessibility: Very small dining room , it would be hard to maneuver a wheelchair.“
“Really good burgers. I had the bottle cap Burger and the thick bacon and crunchy jalapeno strips were good, although the peppers were a little chewy. I did not have any sides so I can't speak to them but if you like a big greasy burger from a food truck check it out! A little on the pricey sideParking: They are located in a pay parking lot, via an app. Limited free street parking. You can probably get away with parking in the pay parking lot for a few minutes while you wait for your burger which can take as much as 15 to 20 minutes“
“The burgers were okay. The meat was crispy. Honestly the bacon tater tots are a bit over priced and they were salty. I left a tip but didn’t realize that i got charged extra for paying with a credit card. You would imagine for a $14 burger i can pay with a card without an extra fee.“
“The best burger I have had in years. The meat is superb and the veggies are great. Everything about the burgers is excellent down to the buns being toasted to perfection. The owners are very friendly.Vegetarian options: They have an ultimate veggie burger.“
“Love this location! If you’re choosing between this or the nearby whataburger, it’s this every time.Never had a wrong order and anything that didn’t come out hot off the grill.People here are working hard to please.Tonight Brandon (not sure if he’s a manager?) came around and asked if everything was good and if we needed a re-fill. Hope he’s rewarded for excellent service!“
“Took my daughter out for a rare treat. Food was great but spent much more than I planned. $28 for two burger combos. Food was hot, fresh, delicious.I would recommend it to anyone looking for a home style hamburger with quality ingredients, but on my fixed income it's not a place that I would be able to go to often.BURGERS ARE HUGE THO!!?????I got the mega, daughter got the double cheeseburger. Neither of us could finish in one sitting.?“
“Willie Harris (our server) made our first experience a memorable one! The food and all the staff was amazing! We had a minor mistake with one of our orders, and while we waited we were constantly checked on! The food, service and atmosphere will definitely be reasons we continue to come back! We ordered several apps as Willie had told us they were on Happy Hour prizes! It’s a food-lovers dream menu!“
“This is our go to place when it comes to eating a great and delicious burger. They use Nolan Ryan beef so the meat is so seasoned and juicy. The B52 burger is a double meat of 1lb greatness. The catfish is also a delight to get. Love the servers that are awesome. If you have not been here you should try it. They do have a bar with many selections of beer on tap.“
“First time visiting here. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. I was pleasantly surprised when it came out. It was made well. It was not overcooked, and the surprise was that it came with Jalapeño Bacon. I thought that was really good as I like Jalapeño Bacon. The fries were hot and crispy, and they had this Rootbeer that was amazing. All in all, it was a great experience. Will be back again soon.“
“I give you this 5 star, the burger was perfect. The queso on the side to put on the burger made it even better. Your fries are perfect. The queso fries, we ordered, those were perfect too.BUT!!!!!!!!! I do want to see an apple or peach cobbler on the menu. Not everyone is into seeded blackberries.“
“This is my new favorite place in Fort Worth. Not just the stockyards, Fort Worth. Not just Fort Worth, actually, all of DFW. The frybread is next level. The burger is juicy and bad for you in all the right ways. It's relaxed, filling, and owned/operated by Choctaw women. It does not get any better than this, anywhere. It should be on everyone's list. Mvto!!!“
“I really enjoy my burger. Also, it the meal came with fries and a drink. Which is a bonus because most places are starting to do a la carte, and it's making everything expensive. I will be back.Parking: They have a limited amount of parking spots, due to it being attached to a gas station.“
“This location allllll the employees were on point, unfortunately the manager training the new guy kinda through off the energy. I understand the hazing or the high intensity training I'm a veteran but that dude was just being a d. Everyone else keep up the good work and positive vibes.“
“Great burgers with some really interesting combinations. I had the King George keto style and my gf had the turkey club. Turkey club had griddle toasted bread and the turkey had been grilled as well. Good house cut fries. Onion rings are ok. They need a breadcrumb coating.Burgers do not come with a side. ?Nice atmosphere. I enjoyed reclining in the velvet couch in the bar while waiting on my food. I'll definitely be back to try different burgers!“
“Been there several times and the staff are nice as well as friendly. Customers were just the same. I would recommend visiting. Good selection of tasty food on the menu and they are rather quick getting your order out to you.Multiple TV's to watch sports events and it's my go to place to watch them.If you're there when the twins are working; no you're not seeing doubles. However, if you see two Brittney's and two Whitney's( sorry if I misspelled your names) you need to cut yourself off if they haven't already? They are amazing bartenders.Make sure you properly tip you bartenders and wait staff. They all deserve it!“
“First time in, the service was phenomenal! They make you feel like family. Be ready. The burgers are big. They're chili was wonderful. My server was so sweet and helpful ask for Daralyn she knows her way around the menu. Thank you for an amazing first experience. I will be back.“
“The fish and chips were great; the fries needed a little salt, but that's no big deal with salt at the table. The coleslaw looked like it was 50% sauce, which might bother someone who likes coleslaw. It wasn't busy when we went, but we didn't see much of our server; this, however, wasn't an issue during this visit.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu“
“I came here on a Thursday afternoon. Shortly after 2pm. I've been wanting to visit for some time.I was surprised it was so empty. But trust me.... the food is AMAZING!!!I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my husband and I got a chicken kabab plate.I waited while the same lady who took my order, prepared my food.Their fish dish is Tilapia, which isn't a fish I would normally order, so I didn't.Next time, I'll be trying their Lamb. It's a spacious spot, I can see it being a great spot for small groups, or even large ones.My food was so good. I ripped up all my chicken and mixed up everything including the dressing.“
“Great place for a classic smash burger. Seating is family style. I recommend the onion rings though they do have crinkle cut fries and a few other options. Self serve drinks. You order at the front counter, they call your name when orders ready, and you go back to the counter to pick it up and it back to your table.Parking: Parking is tight especially if they are busy but.“
“I recently tried Charley's Old Fashioned Hamburgers, and I must say, their cheeseburger exceeded my expectations. The burger was not only delicious but also tasted incredibly fresh. The quality of the ingredients was evident, making each bite a satisfying experience. The classic, no-frills approach truly captured the essence of an old-fashioned hamburger. I highly recommend Charley's for anyone craving a classic and flavorful cheeseburger!“
“They always get the order right. They’re always friendly at the cashier. They’re always clean. The only problem is sometimes the line is long. But they can’t be blamed for being good enough to have a long line, can they? I don’t like eating their fries on the go because they taste bad when they get cold but if you eat them in the shop they’re good. oh, and if you haven’t tried a strawberry chocolate milkshake, you should do so.Parking: They’ve got a good size parking lot and if you can’t find parking in their parking lot, you can park over there in the Lowe’s parking lot and walk over.“
“The food was wonderful, the margaritas were tasty, but the service by Evan was outstanding. He had excellent recommendations, was very knowledgeable about the food (specially the Trout Dip - 10/10 recommend!!) and was so friendly. If we could take Evan on the road with us this whole trip through Fort Worth to be our server we would. I can’t wait to come back soon!“
“OMG! DAMN GOOD BURGERS! we're visiting from Austin & stopped here for lunch. Husband had the cheeseburger & fries. I had the bacon cheeseburger & added jalapeños & upgraded to the onion rings with a side of ranch. Melt...in....your.....mouth good!Highly recommend!“
“I always feel like the best Mexican/Tex-Mex places are those you find in a parking strip, and this is not exception. It's hiding on an odd, diagonal street behind a big closed building off of Camp Bowie and shares the space with a Chinese restaurant and Vegan Pizza place among a few other small businesses. They offer a full vegan menu alongside their classic menu, and both are fantastic. My go to is the carnitas street tacos, the carnitas are tender and smokey and perfect. They come with cilantro and onions, and that's all you need along with their delicious assortment of in house made hot sauces. They range from a fairly mild to a dark roasted chili, burn your soul sauce. The birria tacos are an out of this world experience as well. The salsa is fantastic. Fresh and bright, a little zesty but friendly to any palate. Both the classic and vegan queso are great, but I'm obsessed with the classic. They also feature a full bar, and while I've only tried the classic lime and swirl margaritas, they're both fantastic and fairly priced. You can also order them to go and for an even better deal during their happy hour. The restaurant staff is always super nice and courteous. You really feel the passion from the ownership and I've never once had an inconsistent experience despite many to go, in house, and Uber Eats delivery orders. A solid rock in the neighborhood, nestled in it's little strip.Vegetarian options: The restaurant offers a fully vegan menu alongside their classic menu, even so far as having vegan queso.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant offers a fully vegan menu alongside their classic menu, even so far as having vegan queso.“
“This is our second time coming into the restaurant, and most of what we ordered was fantastic. We started of with the elote fritters, which were little light and crispy fried balls of charred corn, with a delicious lime aioli and a dash of Valentina hot sauce, sprinkled with cotija cheese, as well as the fried best maid pickles (the best pickles available on the market) with the spicy and tangy spicy ranch. For our entrées, I had a double flatty build your own burger, and I must say I crafted a masterpiece. My girlfriend ordered the weekly burger, which was a chile rellano burger, and the rellano was stuffed with chicken. The only issue with her burger was that it came out rare when she ordered it medium, but aside from that mishap, the taste was great. The fries were good, as well as the onion rings (although I'd say they were closer to straws), the spicy ketchup was surprisingly impressive. The one thing that was disappointing was the queso. It's kinda like a cheese soup it could use some improvements.“
“I wanted to try their burgers after reading positive reviews. I've tried both the Jalapeño as well as the Serrano Burger and both were amazing. I'm not even a big fries person unless they're really good. I couldn't stop eating them either. It might be pricier than your avg burger, but it's the best one I've ever had!“
“The food was good and everything was hot when it came out. The staff was polite, and the dining area was clean. The burger was a little overdone for my liking, but I didn't ask for a preference. It was seasoned well, and I enjoyed it with the fries. I've been coming to different locations since I was a kid. I would come back again.Parking: No issues parking and located in decent area.“
“Such an iconic fast food chain that delivers great food every time. Clean dining area, clean rest rooms, and friendly staff too. It’s cool to watch your potatoes get cut before they turn to French fries. A must have for anyone from the Midwest or East coast or out of the country! Any item is worth it haha. Also open late with the same service and atmosphere that you’d get earlier in the day.“
“Unique and perfect! HUGE indoor and primarily outdoor venue with incredible areas for kids of all ages. Really too much stuff to mention. FUN! For an adventure with your kids (two legged and four legged ones) and cool vibe place and atmosphere to chill outdoors in comfy chairs with water misters during the summer days and a few patio heaters for cooler days/nights. I am not a beer drinker per se, but they have great cider that we love. Food is affordable and delicious. Must go to new place in Funky Town.“
“THIS IS THE PIZZA PLACE TO EAT AT!!!I, everything was super tasty and excellent .customer service is top notch. We had cheesesteak fries and custum bosses fries with cheesesteak added can't tell you enough it's a must try.make sure to say hi to Michael he was the best help. thank you! bosses pizza for an excellent service and lunch“
“Melisa makes a mean cup of coffee. My man at the counter runs a top-notch ship. These real-suasage made in house kolache sandwiches are the real deal, far better than American "pigs in a blanket."Great job, team! Thanks for the great food and great staff.“
“Great food and friendly staff. Met up with a friend after work to catch up. It is casual, order at the counter, and pick up yourself. The floor staff checked on us numerous times to see if we needed anything. There is also a walk-up bar that we did not utilize this visit.“
“Got a take out order for lunch and had another great experience! I called shortly after opening and easily placed an order with a very friendly staff member. I showed up as directed 15 min later and my food was ready to go and I was able to quickly pay. This time I tried the combo with 1/2 turkey havarti panini and cup of chicken tortilla soup. It was packaged well and with thought. The panini was good. The soup was flavorful and served with a side container (for topping) of cheese, tortilla strips & avocado. I didn't expect another side but it came with a hearty portion their house made lattice cut chips that were really great. Thank you Shaws staff for another good lunch and take out experience!“
“Maddy was a fantastic server. Always asking if we needed anything. Always checking on us. Not making us feel like a burden when we had a big order (large group of friends). Very professional and caring of the customers. 10/10 would eat/drink here again. 100/10 if Maddy is my “
“First time here, absolutely loved it. We got green chiles on our burgers which was awesome. Very friendly staff and an all-around cool place. Personally I do not recommend the cheese fries (bland queso), maybe the chili-cheese fries are better. We'll definitely be back to try other entrees on our next visit to the area. Maybe we'll try the burrito place next door too.Parking: Couldn't figure out how to pay the meter, so we just parked ourselves free. Oh well.“
“Food was great! The brisket potstickers were a balance of Asian flavor and just good ole brisket! We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which was hot and crispy, full of flavor, the slaw wasn’t drenched in sauce but evenly covered and still crunchy. Also ordered the spaghetti and meatballs which I really liked! So so good BUT, if you like a lot of tomato flavored sauce you may want to rethink because as you’d expect the tomato basil soup is mildly flavored which is what I really enjoyed. Cool take on a classic. Gotta shout of the meatballs separate, I LOVE meatballs and am almost always let down with consistency and cooking of them when dining out but these were just right and have to mention they were sprinkled with red chili flakes throughout which gave it some spice which was my favorite thing about them. Well done!“
“My food was hot and fresh. The only thing I was disappointed ? in was the deviled eggs. Because they were extremely cold, so it wasn't pleasant to eat with the egg shell being so cold. I thought they would have been made fresh to order but hay other thn that it was a cool local spot!“
“Small downtown diner, with great food and great prices, but with humble decor. A favorite with City Hall and the courthouse, it's open for breakfast and lunch only, and serves American and Asian food. Definitely worth a visit.Parking: This location is near City Hall and the courthouse. There is paid parking on the street and paid parking lots in this area.“
“I'm SO beyond obsessed with this place! It's the only place I can find a vegetarian big mac and it was absolutely phenomenal! Went back a different day and got a double chicken sandwich and it was just as good! By far my fav place in the area and I'll make it a point to go back EVERY time I visit my sister! The customer service is amazing too, they're super sweet! ?“
“This is a super cute hipster/chic place! It's dog friendly! Has open seating for indoor and outdoor. It's got a nice bar! Plenty of IPAs and drinks to choose from. The pancake shot is the BEST! They have daily specials. And on Wednesdays they have a smash burger basket for $5! You can't beat thatThe food was not top notch but seriously, for $5 bucks... it's a damn good deal! We had a great time here!“
“We tried this place for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! They serve burgers and “fat sandwiches” which are basically a ton of toppings/sides shoved into a sandwich roll.We got the “fat jersey”, “fat shack” and “fat cow”.They were massive with tons of flavor! The fat shack had a little bit of everything, and it tasted the best!Would for sure go back!“
“Today was my first time to ever eat from this restaurant. I’ve lived in Fort Worth for 30 years so I know it’s a local favorite. The few times I’ve come in to pick up deliveries for DoorDash. It has smelled so good.I don’t have a lot of money. In fact, I’m full on, broke and struggling, but I wanted a treat , So I picked up a 4 inch cheesesteak sandwich. I didn’t see what I was getting until I got home. This is got to be the smallest inch sub I’ve ever seen. I was too hungry and tired to drive back over so I ate it. It was tasty it just that I was able to get it down in two bites. $7.48 with tip I spent for this little thing. Very disappointed.**Update- I went in to the restaurant today to show them this picture. I asked if I could have a discount on another sandwich. They were very accommodating and gave me a 10 inch sub for the price of a 7 inch sub. I think their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is awesome. Very tasty! I appreciate their willingness to accommodate.Stick with the 7 inch sub, though. That’s plenty for one person :).“
“This is a great place for a good but inexpensive burger meal. Where else can you get a burger, fries, and a drink for less than $8? You can get some specialty burgers/sandwiches, but I prefer to get the 1/4 pound combo where you can build your own burger with various vegetables and sauces.“
“food is great obviously kind staff nothing bad other then the fact that I waited at the window for awhile after I order. And they walked away with my card to charge it at the front registers I assume. Basically they didn’t communicate anything to “
