“Our first visit to Magnolia Table did not disappoint. Server Erin was awesome. We got regular pancakes & lemon blueberry (yum) pancakes with sausage & potatoes. All the food was really good, but those lemon blueberry pancakes were something else!! The seating allows visitation with neighbors or not. We were privileged to set next to a family from Sweden that had a son that participated in a student exchange program & as previous hosts, had a lovely visit. Finished up with the Strawberry Basil Spritzer, very tangy & delicious? Overall a wonderful experience & highly recommend.“

The lady staff was very friendly and explained all our questions we had! We ordered the vegetarian options and I got vermicelli with tofu and it was a good choice! “Whenever we're at the Waco Downtown Farmer's Market, we ALWAYS stop by Muchos Tacos. Their barbacoa tacos are seriously the best, and we've loved everything else we've tried, too! Definitely something on the menu for everyone! I also love that they're a small business operating in the area. Our interactions with everyone on staff have been nothing but positive!Kid-friendliness: The street corn tacos are the perfect size for small hands! Full flavor but spice is added by taste through the various salsas offered.“

It was a little surprising you can’t see the bakery items in the case well or even pictures of what you are ordering. But everything I got was great. The Silo Cookie was big and flavorful and crispy in the best way. The croissant, the Prize Pig biscuit and the Spring Box of 6 cupcakes were all lovely.“

“When in Waco, TX and especially when you visit Baylor University, you have to stop by Shorty's Pizza Shack. There's plenty of room inside and on the outside patio to sit. The atmosphere is fun and the energy of the crowd is good. The wait staff are friendly and the food is good. The Cinnamon knots are amazing and our favorite item on the menu. The Pillows are all great as well as the pizza. Definitely worth checking out!“

“There are many great pizza options in Waco now but I always return to Poppa Rollo's when I come back to my hometown. Wife tried the BBQ chicken pizza and said it was the best she ever had. My daughter destroyed her mini cheese pizza. Love the beef topping. Make sure to order extra cheese on top to help keep the toppings on.“

“Not a bad Thai restaurant in Waco but not the absolutely best I've tasted either. It's good if you are not familiar with Thai food or if you have kids that don't eat spicy. All the dishes we ordered was favorable and it had a lot of vegetables which I really liked.Service was attentive but not spectacular. Overall I would still recommend.Kid-friendliness: There is no kid menu but easy to share and food is not spicy. Very suitable for children.“

“I’m normally sitting here at least once a week for multiple hours at a time working on my computer. My favorites on the menu is the Green Goddess Caprese Melt and the Deli Turkey Sandwhich with the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup.Every time without fail, the food is amazing and quick to be made. There’s a couple of busy hours during lunch time around 11:30-1:30 but it’s still easy to find a table.All of the workers are super sweet and make sure to keep the areas clean. I’ll definitely continue to choose this location over other businesses when it comes to a relaxing place to do work.“

“I love Crickets! The food isn't the best thing in the world but it's pretty good for the price! My favorite is their chicken sandwich with honey mustard sauce. It sounds basic, but it's delicious! Their Brussel sprouts are also very tasty! Whenever we've gone, service has been great. Sweet and attentive waitresses, no complaints. The atmosphere is a grill / sports bar so it can get kind of noisy but that's to be expected. The location is also great because it's right next to Spice Village! So I can go browse around there while my husband stays at Crickets to drink a beer and play pool lol! Overall I would recommend trying Crickets if you're in the area!“
