“Yuki Yama is some of the best sushi I have ever had which is saying a lot considering I have eaten sushi around the world. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, every single person who works there is a true delight. They do not rush you and they also are the perfect amount of attentive. I wish I could have a Yuki Yama in my home town, but for now will just look forward to always visiting. Loved it so much I went back the next night.“
“Three fish we tried to order were out of stock, and the music didn't fit the rest of the atmosphere. While a restaurant should focus on not being out of anything on their menu, I realize it happens from time to time, so I can't be too upset. The music was 90s-2000s pop, which in the beautiful atmosphere just didn't work. Other than that, the food was absolutely wonderful, and the server was amazing.“
“11/10. Best sushi I've ever had. Every little detail about it: the quality of the fish, the preparation, the intricately prepared wasabi, MOST AMAZING TASTE!! And the service was spectacular. I sat at the bar and I really enjoyed talking with the servers and chefs, and the level of SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. Very nice setting with lounge area and mountain views. OUTSTANDING meal.“
“Salmon nigiri was expensive but good quality so didn’t mind paying.Miso soup was very yummy and I loved my volcano roll.Husband got shrimp tempura roll and spicy salmon which were good but just very small portions. Overall way more pleased with Oishi than Yuki Yama.“
“Great place to eat! This is my new favorite place for Chinese food. The staff was great and the food was fresh and yummy. All the meat was so tender, the veggies were cooked to perfection. The appetizers were super delicious too.We aren’t big sushi eaters, but ordered a few rolls with smoked salmon/spicy mayo (Vegas and Hot Nights) and they delicious!!Also, the hot and sour soup was so good; best hot and sour soup hands down.“
