“This place was recommended by a colleague that I met at a conference. Her and I wanted to try something new. We arrived and was told there was a 1.5 hour wait, however; the bar was 1 come. There were two open seats but not together. The person taking it names asked two gentlemen if they wouldn't mind moving over so we could be seated. They were very nice, welcoming, and moved with no problem.Just looking at the menu, we almost walked out. But, we asked Jake the bartender what was good on the menu. We went with his recommendation and I had the meatloaf and gravy while my colleague tried the beef stroganoff. Glad we stayed. It was delicious. Well seasoned! Homemade noodles! “We hit the drive-thru for lunch today. The line went really fast, the employee helping us was cheery and friendly, and our food was good! The fries, especially, were awesome--hot and crispy. And I love that they give you fry sauce without having to ask. It's kind of a bummer that they serve Pepsi products since we prefer Coke, but it's not the end of the world. We got the bacon cheeseburger and the turkey avocado sandwich. The burger was really good. The turkey sandwich was big and they didn't skimp on the turkey or avocado. It was a little bland, though--could have used a couple of strips of bacon or maybe ranch instead of mayo, and it would have been nice if the bread had been toasted. Still, though, not the worst sandwich I've ever had. We've been here a few times and I have no doubt we'll be back. But next time I'll get a burger instead of the turkey sandwich. :)“

“The food is great every time! I tend to have my go to of the California burger and fries. Tried a Hazelnut hot chocolate this time that was also very tasty! The service can be a bit slow overall due to short staff issues in the restaurant but they are very kind and work hard with who they have so I can’t really complain.Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with crayons, and roomy booths available. “Cozy spot and really good food. This spot has so many delicious choices it was hard to decide what to eat. I had the portobello mushroom sammy and my friend got the pot pie. Both were very good. The pot pie came with veggies and a roll so was a nice meal. The sandwich including the bread had amazing flavor. We each had a dessert, I had the peanut butter brownie and my friend had the mint brownie which were both very good. I highly recommend this place!“

“We had a great time at White Horse aside from the hostess who before we even sat at the table told us the table was double booked and we had until 7pm before the next group came in this was 5:30 and she didn't do anything but point to the table we were sitting at. “Landmark Grill serves up delicious food. I have only been there three times for breakfast and each time was super delicious. All of my meals have been served hot. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The tables and utensils are also clean. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Landmark Grill seems to cater to the guy crowd but I would encourage any lady to come in and sample the cuisine, you won’t be disappointed.“

On the flip side, they actually have a very spacious dining area, which is great for eating in. “A friend and I were seated within 20 minutes on St. Patrick’s Day around 12pm. We typically wait an hour for brunch on a normal Sunday in SLC, so to get that kind of luck on a holiday was unreal!! The service in general was just lovely. Food portions are surprisingly large and everything had so much flavor. We order mimosas and the spiced vodka mule drink and loved every minute ??Parking: The lot is behind the restaurant, off the street, but there are only about 20 spots so you just kind of wait it out until someone leaves and you can take there spot. Otherwise you’d probably have to park down the block.“

Being our first time here we decided on doing a table sharing theme and order multiple things.I'll start with apps as they were cooked to perfection when it came to the fried apps and the stove top apps were spot on.Frog legs ?: theses guys were buff and tasted like a juicy white meat and no you don't see the feet as it's ankle to hip joint. Came with 4.Fried Olives (green): liking I was excited for these and they taste kind of like they sound a perfectly fried, not to much crumb, and a little tart. It comes with a lot.Gambas: I loved everything about this dish, shrimp were regular size and butterflied well. The chili oil sauce was great and not a lot of heat. The naan bread was a great to dip as well. A lot of shrimp possibly 4 to 5 each person.Roasted cinnamon beets: these were surprisingly good and came kind of looking like a mess at first but the chaos on the plate complimented well and plenty to share. At first a little bland with just yogurt and beet on the fork so make sure to grab the other items on the plate and it brings this good weird flavor to the palette. Plenty to share for 4.Carrots: were really good with a perfect amount of crunch and softness to them. Slightly sweet and oily. Plenty for 4 people.Pillows:4 square potato pillows that were decorated nicely and the American sturgeon caviar was a great addition on top of a nice tasting cour creme.Croquettes: if you ever had a croquette from Spain these will remind you of them. Perfect to the crisp when fried and soft on the inside. Came with 4Dinner:Braised pork belly was cut in about 1 inch squares cooked with a nice crisp on top and bottom but break apart middle. The seasoning was slightly sweet. This was my favorite dinner item we order. The potato's that came with it were cooked great as well and the dish looks dark but devilishly good. Plenty to shareRisotto: was cooked perfectly however ours was way over salted but that can be an easy fix by asking for light salt and then adding some yourself to liking. We had left overs.Scallops: scallops were cooked perfectly and placed above a bed of mashed potatoes that were a perfection of soft and creme like. Once again super salty and it can be ruined down like mention above my asking for light salt then add to your liking. 6 to 8 and potatoes were taken home.We corked our own red wines slightly chilled that paired really well with everything we ordered. A beer would be fine as well.Overall id go there again and all that was 237 bucks before tip.“
