I have been wanting to try the chicken Parmesan sub here for a long time. I got the medium sub in a meal and it was about $18. That felt like a lot, especially after a tip. It's a good size though, I left full. I was pretty disappointed in the sub though, especially after how much I paid. The peppers didn't seem to go with the sandwich and there was very little marinara sauce. The chicken was dry and just didn't taste great. I will probably give a different sub another shot eventually but not anytime soon.

The sandwiches here are excellent. We used to visit Capriotti’s all the time in Las Vegas and were so happy when they opened one in Lehi. The Bobbie is a favorite sandwich, and their turkey is on another level. We will for sure be back!Kid-friendliness: Our kids love the grilled cheese!

A few years ago when we were in Downtown disney, we tried Earl of Sandwich and I loved their Thanksgiving sandwich! We don't have one close to us but I realized that Capriotti's had a similar item on the menu (the Bobbie). Tried it out and it was pretty good!!

The cashier, which I think was the owner was not great. First my friend want to mix two different soups together, and he would not do that. Guess we will stick with Zupas that will.Next was my order. He told me that he liked the cold Bobbie better, so I said. Okay, give me that. Then he said no, you will have the Hot Bobbie. Um okay. ?Then he said cash or charge? I said it would depend on how much it was because I only had $10 cash. He said to just give him the cash, well it was more than $10. My friend jumped in with the rest and I said absolutely not and told him to take my card. He took my friends cash instead, now I owe my friend which will cost me more than my 10% savings in gas to return to her. ??♀️He did the same thing with my next friend even though we both insisted on using our cards.He asked for my name and I said Bobbie. Just like the sandwich and even spelled it for him. My ticket was spelled Bobby. ??♀️The sandwich was messy, but good, but did not really look like the picture. A little turkey, not very much cranberry and mostly bread and stuffing. The gravy was VERY good with it, but very over priced and I will never go back because he disrespected mine and my friend wishes to use our cards. I will just make my own sandwich at home.Customer service sucks here. Better bring cash, because apparently that is all he takes. Sign on door says 10% of if paying with cash. ?Sincerely,not a returning customer ?

I didn't know about their Thanksgiving Bobbie sandwich and it being "the greatest sandwich in America" so I definitely wanted to give it a try. It did not disappoint! It had chunks of turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. It had lots of flavor and was nice and moist. I haven't gotten a sandwich like that anywhere else!
I had my husband pick me up some food from there. I placed a pick up order and I wrote “no mayo” on it. I asked him to ask the staff to double check and they said there’s no mayo on it. He gets here with my food and lo and behold, there’s freaking mayo on it. I hadn’t eaten all day I was excited to eat my food, and now I can’t. We tried calling like 5 times with no answer. This place sucks

I specifically asked if the tomato bisque had dairy in it and I was told no. I looked online to double check because I tasted dairy, and yes.. there is dairy. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. Either way, this Information is important to have employees educated on and posted for a consumer to see.

Having moved here from Vegas where Capriotti’s is based out of, this location is awful. Because I love Capriotti’s so much (I used to work there), I try this location every year or so hoping they’ve gotten their act together but it’s always a major disappointment. I just ordered a large Turkey sandwich and the bread was literally bone dry and obvious it was multiple days old. Also, the workers were so unfriendly when we picked up the sandwich. Hoping new ownership takes over this location soon and brings it back to its former glory.

This experience was very unfortunate. My husband's and my meals took a very long time to arrive. When the meal arrived, the young man that gave it to us said I'm sorry for the delay but the staff I'm with doesn't speak English. I was a bit baffled by this remark. Whether people speak English or Spanish is not my business. I felt like this remark was hurtful and offensive between colleagues.
