Today, a young man named Alan helped me (I made sure to get his name because he was so nice and smiled the whole time!) He suggested I try some new roasted chicken rice bowl and it is my new favorite! (Yes, above the turkey bacon avocado sandwich I usually get) I'm going to try to come to this location every time now even if just for the customer service!“
“Never thought I would be rating any Olive Garden 5 stars but here we are! Our service was amazing, best I have ever had. Our server Lydia was so kind and went over and beyond serving us and our kids. The manager and one other person checked on us a couple times as well! They had someone opening all the doors for us, there was no wait to sit. The food was amazing, best bread sticks I've ever had at an Olive Garden, everything came out fast and fresh! Would totally recommend and we are coming back for sure!“

“I don't usually leave reviews but I had such a horrible experience I couldn't resist. When I ordered they gave me a sample of the wrong soup (I asked for the southwest potato & green chili and she gave me the mushroom basil) which was fine because I actually liked it! I just felt concerned they didn't know the difference between the two. That's not why I was unhappy, although I felt it deserved a mention. The food was disgusting. I am usually happy with whatever, and I'm not the type to complain, but it was unacceptable. The salad I ordered was brown and the avacodo in it was bitter. I got two bites in before I couldn't finish it. My $11 salad was unfinishable because of the garbage quality ingredients they used. My last straw was the chocolate strawberry, which was also gross. It was mushy and not fresh in the slightest. I was pissed. Why am I spending so much on a salad and soup for only one of them to be edible? I just want them to do better and use fresher, more quality ingredients. I've been going to Zupas for years and never had an experience like this, so I'm truly confused why the food was so gross.UPDATE: I called the store and the manager, Elijah, was so helpful and comped our meal!
