I had to wait for about 20 minutes in the drive thru when there were only 3 cars ahead of me until they finally sent someone out to take orders ahead. This would be a big deal except this is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location and it’s annoying.

I love Swig but unfortunately, did not have a good experience at this location. I placed a pickup order on the app and then waited outside for an order that never came. Went inside the building to inquire and was ignored by some teenage employees. Since our order was already paid for, we decided to wait in the long drive through line to see if anyone could help us. We finally got our order but the drink tasted nothing like it normally does. Definitely disappointing.

Swig is known for "Swig's Dirty Soda" which is delicious. But I'm more of a Sparkling Unbreakable girl. Or a Sparkling Refresher with Strawberry Puree and Lemon and Lime.Drinks are always good. They vary from day to day, but that's because different people make it slightly different, and that's to be expected.The employees have always been pleasant. And if you go on the "off hours" you never wait long.
