Inconsistent. Not happy after a dozen or more experienes. Orders in person are fine, but when I order online to-go I consistently get about 2/3 to even 1/2 of the in-person portion and it feels like a scam. These places need a simple scale and weight guarantee for all customers.

I don’t come here too often but I do really enjoy the food. I’m not really one to complain as I understand how the food industry is. The workers were friendly and efficient but upon eating my food I found a thick black hair in my bowl. It wasn’t found until I was about halfway finished so it’s not like it was from me or just coincidentally fell in. I think it’s really important that the correct food safety precautions are followed because this is just gross.

Food was excellent! I eat at another location at least once or twice a week. The employees at that location are awesome. The food was great at this location. But The service was I was used to at Zao. A smile goes a long way.

Zao is deliciously savory and I love all the spices in the bowl. I always get half brown rice and lettuce with chicken and the super sauce. It's always very filling.

It had been quite sometime since I had been to Zao! My husband and I were feeling something on the lighter side so we came here. The service was average. The employees didn't really seem to be that helpful or really care about their jobs too much. The food was pretty good but the portion size of the chicken was lacking in my opinion. In addition, I was given hardly any broccoli mix. I really like the yellow curry sauce. I would definitely recommend that one over the green curry sauce. The green curry sauce doesn't have too much flavor in my opinion. I really really like the crispy onions, peanuts, and cilantro on top. I would definitely like to come back give it another chance. I see a lot of people getting the tacos but those don't look very good to me, considering the fact that they give you the tiniest amount of meat and the tortillas are just some generic tortilla brand.

I’ve had this location catered at my old job and gotten it on my own. It’s always delicious and the workers are really nice. But today, I had a hair in my food. I didn’t notice it until it was in my mouth sadly. It was a very different texture and different color to my own hair(my default when I find hair in my food is to assume it’s mine). Maybe would be good to make sure the workers are a little more careful so this doesn’t happen again ¨̮
