Excited to finally get a Chipotle, but this location is the pits. There were probably 8-10 kids on deck at 7pm/Friday but nobody seemed to care about much. I watched a customer have to ask them for a towel to wipe down tables for himself & his family while employees stood around visiting behind the counter with a line almost out the door. It was really dirty, the service & food were equally bad.
Ate at the Logan location. Understand there are growing pains; however, we loved Chipotle in the past. Twelve people “working” , mostly visiting, long lines , and a burrito bowl that consisted of rice, a tablespoon of beans, rotten pico and a lot of lettuce. Very disappointing.
Great food. Friendly service.
