“Went to celebrate the birth of my son, my pride and joy. Jake was our server and did an excellent job. It was our first time and he guided us through the menu very well. He went as far as to bring us a free dessert which was very kind! He even brought an extra fortune cookie for my son, even though he can’t eat (He’s a stuffed bear)”

“my family and I really enjoy Mr. Shabu. We have mainly been for the sushi, and have really liked it. The Playboy Roll, which is sort of my go to roll, I'm torn if they are number 1 or 2 when it comes to the place I like it the most. but we have enjoyed many other rolls their. but we also appreciate their wall of ramen which is great for my daughter who is trying to like more sushi, but isn't all the way there yet. it make it easy for her to still get a full dinner, but also try some sushi as well. Any ways, if your looking for some good sushi, give Mr. Shabu a try.”

Also my kids are all picky eaters and they all found something here that they were happy with and ate all of. They even have reverse osmosis water in their drinking fountains! “This place is fantastic. We always get great food and great service! We have now been there 5 times, and do not have one complaint! One bag, the large one, $50.00, will feed 3 or 4 adults. The only thing better than the food is the service! Girls are great, takes pictures for us happily, super friendly. Building is older, so not fancy. Behind the Dillard's sign off State St. Anyone that doesn't like this food, probably isn't happy with anything. All some people do is criticize. This place is fantastic.”

“Celebrated our anniversary here and ordered the Mariners seafood boil. It was SO good! In my opinion, it was better than Joe's Crab Shack. For the price we paid, we had more than enough food. We honestly could have shared, we had so much leftovers to take home. Our server was amazing. She was super kind and attentive. She made sure we were well taken care of. The manager also checked in on us which was nice. We received a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was super delicious and made our night!

“I can't say enough good things about Tony (owner) as well as Cream & Sugar. For starters their food (brisket tacos, brisket quesadilla, and pastries) were PHENOMENAL! One of our team members also took home a bag of roasted beans and went through them in 2 weeks time! The time Tony has taken to create incredible QUALITY products as well as train his staff with exceptional customer service. We can only find that when someone is pouring their heart and soul into their passions.

Tony was willing to accommodate our business in co-hosting an end game party for our road rally players. He made sure to provide us with anything our players needed. It truly was awesome to see him not only running the place and operations but being willing to get behind the counter and bus tables, provide us with the most incredible tasting food, and truly welcome any and all that came through that door. I have only heard wonderful things about this character and all he does for this community.

My only criticism is that it is so busy you have to track down a server to get your drink or refills or even to get chopsticks. “This "Savory Thai" is one of very few true "Bangkok Thai Cuisine" restaurant in Utah county. Unlike many of the Thai restaurants that are "learned from mom's kitchen", the owner/chef of this Savory Thai went through "Royal" culinary professional training in Thailand. This restaurant only uses fresh ingredients and prepares every dish by/to the order (there were no pre-cooked/scope ups) which means it may take a bit longer time during busy/rush time. However, the quality of the dishes are surly worth it should you have to wait a bit. if you really want to try and enjoy the true and real "Bangkok Thai cuisine" (there are few different styles food in Thailand) this is the only place for you!! And they serve many delicious Thai deserts, including some crepes, are scrumptious too.”

“Memo's bakery pan dulce is great! I wouldn't buy pan dulce anywhere else. However... I recently bought a tres leches cake here and it was meh. It was not moist evenly, some parts were dry. There's one other place that makes better tres leches cake (I will not mention where), and they write happy birthday on it with actual ingredients on the spot, instead of just putting a happy birthday sign. If Memo's is going to charge 40+ dollars for an average size cake, and wants to compete, they need to step it up. Pan dulce though, hands down the best here.”

In under 10 minutes the guy was so efficiently doing so much in a small amount of time. Mind you, I was there the last 20 minutes of the night before they close. Great worker and leads by example. Love the food of course but had to shout out this guy.”

“This place slaps. The owner was cool, him and his crew know how to cook some real deal tacos and quesadillas. This isn’t your standard issue street taco either, these are full flavor blast tacos. It’s truly worth a visit. We will be back in the near future to explore more of the menu.”

“This place had delicious Açai! I highly recommend trying the Brazilian bowl. I switched the peanuts for powdered milk because that's how I've seen it served most commonly when I've eaten Açai in Brazil and Paraguay and I like it.
I came here with high hopes because I've had true Brazilian Açai before, and I will say this place didn't disappoint! In my opinion, it's MUCH better than the Açai you'll get at Jamba Juice or Roxberry, and infinitely better than the Açai Costco used to serve.

IF your past experience with Açai has been in Brazil, you'll have two problems with this place:
1) It costs WAY more here than it does in Brazil, but that's to be expected.
2) It tastes sliiightly less fresh than I've had it in Brazil. But considering how far they've probably had to import it, it tastes amazing; almost no difference.”

However, the snowcones themselves were wonderful. The flavoring was great, there was a lot of flavoring so it wasn’t just ice, and the ice was crushed enough to be soft like snow. I do think I’d come back here, but not something I’d frequent due to price and up charges.”

We were happy to wait because this young man was so great.
