Sometimes at other places, I'll get like a kernel of wheat or something that tries to make their bread look more rustic, but you can taste the massive amounts of sugar trying to make up for a lack of flavor. At these other places, it's just weird and then to take a bite into something and then wonder if something hard contaminated the bread, because suddenly it's so hard. Hard pass.This doesn't happen at Jersey Mike's. The quality of bread, ingredients and meats, the consistent process of training and enforcing standards of how the subs are made from beginning to end ensures a delicious consistent product. Hard to go anywhere else for subs. And when the family cannot agree on what to get, as soon as Jersey Mike's is mentioned, everyone is happy to go.Thanks for creating a great product. And also for having options with people who have gluten issues, which has allowed me to surprise many friends by taking them to your place.Dietary restrictions: While I've never personally had to worry about this, but friends have. For gluten allergies what Jersey Mike's does is impressive. They have wonderful procedures in place to help people that have gluten issues. They go the extra mile to setup a clean place, completely sterilize it from gluten, ensure their employees take beyond standard precautions and protocols to make sure no flour/dust could cross-contaminate things with the smallest taint of gluten, and this plays out even to end with their final packaging methods to ensure a finished product that is high quality and delicious, and yes, gluten-free. People with a gluten allergy should ask for and try their gluten-free options.“

“We went a few minutes before close Friday night on April 12th. The one employee working was so nice, she was quick to help us and made suggestions. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and with a smile said there was no problem at all, there were 15 minutes left till closing! Didn’t catch her name, started with an F i believe.“
“Jimmy Johns on State and Center in Orem is a good place to grab a sandwich. Delicious, punctual delivery, correctly made, and great customer service are usually my experience with this location. Unfortunately, todays first delivery driver and food were none of those things. Luckily, that person has some fantastic co-workers/supervisors that took a terrible experience that was getting worse to a pleasant one that was handled perfectly.Upon calling in to talk to a manager after getting our food the person who answered said they could "make" manager decisions, kind of weird but ok. Turns out the person talking was our original delivery driver who delivered the food slow and with none of the side items requested. After trying to discuss the issues but feeling I wasnt being heard and told I was wrong I asked for a manager, again, and started talking with ANNALIESE........Annaliese answered and asked what was going on. She listened to my concerns, was polite, professional and everything you would hope for when having a customer service issue. She resolved the issues we had with our food and offered to have new sandwiches brought out right away with our side items. She even offered to have a different driver bring the food out which we were grateful for after the poor treatment from the first driver.Annaliese, you are a great employee and the reason for this review being positive. Thank you for listening and doing your job so well. The second delivery guy you sent, Ryan, got to us quickly and was very friendly and professional at the door. Ryan deserves some kudos too! “Giving reviews of food court options isn't usually my thing, but Charley's just hits the spot. I'm a larger guy, and their small Philly and fries lunch combo fills me up at a reasonable price. The fries and sauce used are a great compliment to the sandwich. They have a ton of toppings and spices to truly customize your way. This has been a safe choice, time and time again, when in a hurry for lunch.“
“They did a good job with the bread It's hard to see the meat because there's a big metal cover. The only thing I have a problem with there really is the vegetables over freezing and it makes it nasty. But I don't mind coming back to the store cuz they did a good job with everything else.“

“This spot is a walk down memory lane. I use to eat here when they were downtown Provo and after classic guitar lessons we would stop to eat sandwiches. Thier while menu is amazing and I love taking my kids here as well. My kids don't like sandwiches but they like eating sandwiches here!“
