Nice to have the seafood buffet back after 4 years. Almost everything was outstanding. The biggest standouts were the station with tuna and salmon poke and ceviche. Absolutely outstanding! The raw bar is also fantastic. Let me start by... I'm not a buffet guy by any stretch ... HOWEVER... The food here is off the charts GREAT. I was caught off guard (my bad) about the buffet but, wow... no joke... take 'the walk' around and have a look at all of the VERY FRESH choices. From oysters on the half shell to little necks to shrimp and fish and chips... my table tried pretty much everything. AMAZING and a great addition to Deer Valley

It took a moment for them to find their stride, but the 23-24 ski season has been delightful. I've been there twice. Since it's a buffet, the long wait times mentioned in other reviews are no longer an issue. The seafood selection is extensive, and the manager mentioned that it's flown in daily. The ambiance is the only slight disappointment, but it's important to remember that you're in a ski lodge.
