My son & I Visited Park City from Dallas Texas. Since his favorite breakfast is French toast we decided to check out The Eating Establishment while we were here & since I saw French toast was available on their menu.My son ordered the ?? French Toast & raved about how good it was the entire time. I ordered the three-egg omelet and was very satisfied with my meal. The quality of the food was amazing & the portions were perfect!! At first I thought it would be a diner, but it's elevated dining with an excellent bar selection. Shout out to Bret for being a real down to earth bartender. You made it a great experience.

Our breakfast was great! The pancakes were so fluffy and fresh! Bacon and eggs were cooked exactly as requested. This was the best meal we had on Main Street! We went on a weekday around 1pm and were able to get a table without a wait. Definitely give them a try!
