I brought my friends here as they were visiting from Mexico City. They approved!I am obsessed with tacos and el Tapatio does not disappoint! The tacos are filled full, everything had delicious flavor and the salsas were also very tasty. I tried several types of tacos, but I really loved the carnitas. My kids loved the birria.The hardest part about my visit was there was nearly zero parking. It shares a lot with Rancho and if you come here on a Saturday afternoon...good luck!
Excellent food! Make sure to ask for the consommé' for dipping. You can get hard shell or soft shell tacos. Also have Burritos, grilled cheese or Tortas. All with Barria meat. Variety of salsas and hot sauces. Enjoy!

The Birria tacos are authentic and amazing. I prefer the soft shell, but both are good. The taste is outstanding. I love that they use this Birria beef and just stick with it and nothing else. I will be going back here for Carnitas and Al Pastor. If you do not like any spice at all, this place is not for you. If you like some spice to quite a bit of spice, you will LOVE it!. The kitchen was incredibly clean, the employee was wonderful, kind, helpful and the eating area was spotless....read full review
