Forgot to take pics before eating, but everything was beautiful when it came out. Loved the fusion flavors of the Coco Loco and Pineapple Tango. The ceviche presentation made it a little difficult to eat.
This place is my new favorite sushi joint in SLC. It’s small, yes, but that just means that the service is fast. The servers are friendly and the owners work up front, greeting customers and prepping the food. And the sushi… fresh, creative combination as well as more traditional varieties.
