Food is great! I travel to Salt Lake City quite a bit for work and when I'm in town, I always eat here! Service is good. Nice ambiance and atmosphere for a good dinner and drinks with friends or family.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Ivy & Varley with friends. I have some food allergies and the server was very knowledgeable AND took the time to verify with the chef that I could eat the salmon. The chef substituted mashed potatoes for orzo (to accommodate my allergies) and served a beautiful plate! I was very impressed with the food and would love to eat here again! First time there... Nice place to catch up with friends. A bit disappointed with the menu selection. I thought there would be more. We had appetizers and shared a sandwich. Food was good, not great. I would go back for drinks.
