“From the moment they checked our coats we were treated like family. It was an unforgettable experience. The soft lighting, the plush seating, and the attentive staff all created a sense of luxury and sophistication. We started with the Oysters which were beautifully presented. For my main course, I had the Seabass, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, served with snap peas and lentils. My husband had the wild game trio which included Buffalo, Venison, and Elk. Cooked medium rare and the perfect portion size. Our 12 year old had the 7 Oz Center Cut Filet and it was honestly the best we had ever eaten as far as flavor and tenderness. We finished our meals with the Molten Lava Cake, Tiramisu, and Pudding which was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. It was light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Riverhorse on Main. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.“

“Did my research through Yelp and had to make a reservation at this restaurant. As you visit Park City you get aquainted with Whisky! Here is what we had for appetizers Biscuits with honey and the butternut squash soup. For dinner we had the beef and the Elk Bolognese pasta. The restaurant is very popular and the menu is seasonal.“

“The restaurant offers a fancy ambiance perfect for enjoying the fall foliage. While the service could be friendlier, the food and drinks were top-notch. However, the prices are on the higher side, and larger portion sizes would be appreciated.“

“Absolutely a magical experience to have dinner at the Yurt. This experience comes at a price and sells out fast so make a reservation well in advance of your visit as it's only available during the weekends. We met our guide Pam in the village at Solitude where she welcomed us and outfitted us with snowshoes and headlamps for the slightly moderate hike up the mountain to the Yurt. It was so refreshing to hike through the trees and the snow to our dining adventure. Once inside the Yurt chef Andy introduced himself and welcomed us with a glass of bubbles and explained our dining experience for this evening and the menu that he had planned. He was conscious to ask about any dietary restrictions or allergies. The majority of the menu is locally sourced and includes lots of farm to table elements. We started with a plate of fresh breads and cheeses from Beehive Creamery. Next we were served a fresh mixed green salad with a vinaigrette dressing. Then the soup was a potato leek soup with bacon which was so warm and comforting. The main course was a NY Strip Steak in a special cut served atop pureed cauliflower and asparagus. The flavor was amazing. To wrap up our meal we enjoyed some salted caramel ice cream. The only thing that was lacking is the beverage menu. Only water is offered as a beverage. There is a wine and beer list available with options by the glass or the bottle and all at moderate prices which is expected at a resort. They do permit you to bring your own bottle with a modest $35 corkage fee. With this experience being so magical and modestly priced it would be nice to have a few other beverage options "included" in the cost of the dinner. This is an entire dining experience with the snowshoe hike up the mountain, a chef curated meal inside the Yurt and the opportunity for communal dinning with some new folks. The prices for this meal are really the price for the experience. We were celebrating my birthday and what an amazing way to celebrate.“
