Conceptually, Indian food for on-mountain dining should work. To me it's never made any sense how many ski towns are without high-end Indian/Nepalese options considering the food is so nutritious and caloric density is so incredibly high. Execution here, though, is sloppy, with very watery curry, forgettable small-portion proteins, a scoop of rice, and a child's slice of naan bread. We took a ski break and stopped by the Roundhouse on Solitude Mountain for some drinks to refuel. Yes, an iced coffee, chocolate protein shake, and bottle of water cost 18 dollars, but the views from the deck were outstanding!
