Tried to order online, using their app, and calling the store. App crashed crashed every time I tried to pay; online repeatedly gave me an error message and logged me out of my account; when I called the store, I was placed on a lengthy hold. I finally gave up and ordered Chick-fil-A, and had my lunch in 15 min.
Refused cash. After my card wouldn't work for whatever reason, I tried to pay cash. it was refused. last I checked, cash is LEGAL TENDER in the United States! Ridiculous and appalling.
