“Crab fried rice was really good, had that delicious wok he grill flavor. The green curry sauce was great too, though the curry itself had a lot of onions which I don’t usually see that much in a green curry. The noodles were good, though a bit salty and maybe a bit too soupy for my liking.Service was very friendly, though they seemed a bit short staffed so food took a while. We weren’t in a huge rush so it was fine, but if we were it would have been a problem.“
“If you want outstanding Thai food, and the best service you’ve ever received - go here! We have 2 kids. They brought a basket of crayons for each, two things to drop on, water with a straw and lid and kids plate and fork. They explained the menu, and were extremely attentive. I’m dairy and gluten free, and their menu accommodates to my dietary needs too.Great for kids. Great for parents. Great for everyone. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to my gluten free and dairy free needsKid-friendliness: They went above and beyond for our 4 year old twins. Each kid had a basket of crayons (no fighting over colors). Kid played. Kid cups and forks. Plus coloring sheets.“
“This is the best black noodle shop i have been to in the US.Used to live in Korea, and this kind of food was a favorite. The flavor is exactly like Korea - the 탕수육 and 짜장면 and even the 짬뽕 is all spot on for flavor. If you are new, get the black noodles first.“
“Great pace and wonderful food. Everything was some of the best Thai I have had. They call pad Thai "Thai Thai" and that was the best dish we had. Also Thai fried rice, red curry and fresh spring rolls. My only issue with the curry is it had squash in it. But other than that everything was mighty tasty.Parking: There is plenty of parking around. We went just before lunch closing on a Saturday and there were still a few spots left both in lot and ok street. I was nervous about that but it worked out fine. Ok guessing during busy times for dinner and lunch that parking is a problem.“
“We were sightseeing in Salt Lake City, not expecting to find the best Asian food, and I can definitely say this is one of the best noodle spots of all the restaurants I've tasted in the Bay Area, San Diego, and even China. The broth is complex and delicious, and you can tell they use a lot of different spices. At the same time, it's not greasy at all, so you can drink the entire bowl after you eat the noodles. I got the braised beef rice noodles both times I visited, and even my husband, a Chinese native, was impressed by the broth. The restaurant is small and homey. Service is very fast, and you are expected to clean up after yourself (so no tip is expected). I recommend getting here early and/or during off peak hours because it can get pretty busy--especially on weekends. Parking can be tricky to find during rush hours.“
“LOVING this place is an understatement, I would eat here everyday if I could. The pho is amazing, but what’s even better is Saydria. She’s fast, kind and does everything in a timely manner. It always makes my experience so much better when she’s there!“
“A friend recommended this place, and on a cold night in Utah, we decided to give it a try.The service at Pho Cali was quick and straightforward, the no-nonsense kind that I appreciate. They were attentive and patient as we placed our orders. We started with the egg rolls and spring rolls. While they were good, they didn't exactly make me rave. If you're in the mood for them, they'll satisfy your craving. Our main focus, of course, was the pho. We ordered the special pho and a plain pho with no meat because our kids adore the flavorful broth and noodles. Let me tell you, their pho hit the spot perfectly. It left me wondering why they haven't opened a location in Sandy yet. I'm already craving more, and I can't wait to return on the next cold day.But that's not all we tried. The stir-fried egg noodles with seafood were banging as my daughter would say and everything was fresh and piping hot, just the way we like it.If you're in the mood for a comforting and delicious bowl of pho, Pho Cali is the place to go. It may not be far from us but it's definitely worth the drive. I can't recommend it enough for a satisfying pho experience.“
“What One does better than other SLC ramen spots: (1) great sear on the chashu pork, creating a variety of textures from crunchy to melt-in-your-mouth tender, (2) perfectly cooked jammy eggs, not just half but one whole one!, (3) amazing marinade on the karaage, very gingery and moist thigh meat, (4) pleasant pace of service, (5) not as crowded as, say, JINYA. What could be better: richer tonkotsu broth.“
“First impression: dog bowls. LOL. My husband and I came in for lunch without any idea what to expect. This place has a different twist in their noodles: you order a dish, then get served a tray of "ingredients" (or toppings?!) + a noodles bowl (no broth) + a big boiling broth bowl. The broth bowl, which is where you dump everything in to eat out of, was what we thought looked like a dog bowl lol. The portion of noodles are quite big. And the soup was very flavorful. Typical nonchalant Asian style service. Big dining area. Overall a good meal!“
“I recently dined at Thai Spice and had a fantastic experience! The friendly and efficient service ensured a seamless dining experience. The menu offered vegetarian alternatives for most dishes, accommodating different preferences.Parking was convenient, thanks to its location alongside other businesses. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the Combo Platter, Pad Thai with chicken, Drunken Noodle with tofu, vegetable delight curry, pho with beef, green curry pasta with chicken, and vegetable stir fry with chicken. Each dish was delicious, and I'd highly recommend them. The photos I'll be attaching capture the presentation of these dishes. The cost, at around $16 per person, felt reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. Do note that there's an 18% service charge for tables with 6 or more people, which was clearly stated on our bill. Despite this, our overall experience was delightful, and we'll certainly be returning!Vegetarian options: I’m sure you could take out/substitute any of the meat options for Veg or TofuDietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian, and halal options“
“My family ordered Pho 33 Special, 34 Special, rare beef & brisket, vermichelli with bbq pork, egg rolls, and spring rolls. We had an excellent server who even brought out a lime soda drink for me not even listed on the menu which is a 5 star seevice for me. They were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions (gluten-free).Dietary restrictions: Egg rolls and spring rolls are gluten free (uses rice wrapers).“
“Second time here and honestly this is one of the better ramen places here. The menu is limited but that's a good sign because the care they put into the menu items is obvious. Compared to another new ramen spot this one blows it out of the water with the balance of flavor, noodles, meat, and the crunch from veggies without having to pay for extra toppings. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant was extremely warm though which made it uncomfortable while eating hot soup. The chicken karage was juicy with lots of plump pieces. Parking is plentiful due to the fact it's in a strip mall and there's plenty of seating.“
“This place is a great value! I got The Sinner with a cup of pho broth to dip in. The sandwich was delicious, with a nice balance of veggies and meat. The pork belly was cooked to perfect tenderness. Dipping it into the pho broth took it over the top and there's enough broth to share.I'll definitely be back in the future!“
“Dan Dan noodles 5/5Pork sui mai dim sum 4/5Shrimp ha cao dumpling dim sum 5/5Steam soup buns 4/5Egg custard bun 3/5Egg rolls 4/5Overall everything we got had great flavor and spices. Took points off soup dumplings since they weren’t as soupy and egg custard needed more filling. But Dan Dan noodles were very good and majority of the dim sum we ordered was tasty too. Everything tasted fresh and very authentic! Love the condiments at the table. Service was good. Cute neighborhood location. Will definitely come back!“
“A very adorable place with a cute atmosphere. It is very clean every time I have visited. They have great food, some of the best Thai in the city. Super quick service!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for gluten free with lots of options!“
“Great tasting food, quick and efficient service. This is my husband and I's favorite and go to spot for ramen. My personal favorite is the chicken curry katsu ramen. We also tried their bulgogi fries and it was delicious. All around great experience as always.“
“You ever root for the underdog? I want to see local business succeed. Nothing against the big chain restaurants I just want the mom and pop restaurants to get their share of the market. It's been pre-pandemic since I've eaten here. The pho tai was pretty tasty. It was really nice to see familiar faces when I returned today. Give them a try... they deserve it.“
“This place was everything we hoped it would be. Our family dined there for lunch today and the food was incredible. Having lived in Taiwan, this is the food I miss the most. The dishes were truly authentic and really hit the spot. The service was excellent as well. Can’t wait to go back to this spot again. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys Taiwanese food.Vegetarian options: Ask your server if you are uncertain about a dish. There were a lot of vegetarian options.“
“Prepare to embark on a culinary journey beyond compare! We can't wait to experience every dish at this establishment. The succulent General Tao's Chicken and the zesty Orange Chicken danced on our taste buds, leaving us craving more. Paired with fragrant fried rice, adorned with delicate peas, carrots, and eggs, each bite was a symphony of flavors. The comforting warmth of the Egg Drop Soup enveloped us, boasting a velvety texture, tantalizing tofu, and a burst of savory goodness. And oh, the Sesame Balls! Crispy perfection on the outside, with a lusciously sweet red bean paste within, they were truly divine. Trust us, you'll be planning your return visit before you've even left the table.“
“Was surprised to see about other customers saying that you place the order at the counter. We were just there couple hourse ago and the staff came to us and took our orders and she was very friendly.Anyhow, I personally have been here a lot of times in the past and my experience is always pleasant, food is always great and I love it that they serve the ?pho like boiling hot.“
“The food is worth the wait, absolutely delicious and care was put into every dish we got. They don't skimp on portion sizes, and everything is fresh. The people who run it are super sweet, but understaffed a bit, so the wait can be long.If you're looking for a delicious dinner, and you're not in too big a rush, this is a fantastic place to eat.“
