“Crab fried rice was really good, had that delicious wok he grill flavor. The green curry sauce was great too, though the curry itself had a lot of onions which I don’t usually see that much in a green curry. The noodles were good, though a bit salty and maybe a bit too soupy for my liking.Service was very friendly, though they seemed a bit short staffed so food took a while. We weren’t in a huge rush so it was fine, but if we were it would have been a problem.“
“If you want outstanding Thai food, and the best service you’ve ever received - go here! We have 2 kids. They brought a basket of crayons for each, two things to drop on, water with a straw and lid and kids plate and fork. They explained the menu, and were extremely attentive. I’m dairy and gluten free, and their menu accommodates to my dietary needs too.Great for kids. Great for parents. Great for everyone. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to my gluten free and dairy free needsKid-friendliness: They went above and beyond for our 4 year old twins. Each kid had a basket of crayons (no fighting over colors). Kid played. Kid cups and forks. Plus coloring sheets.“
“We had came here for a birthday dinner. Our server was Daniel who we highly recommend, he even gave us some recommendations for drinks off the menu that were fantastic. The bison, relleno, pork chop, and burger were incredible. Truly I’ve lived here for nearly 3 meals and this was the best food, service, and drinks I’ve had since moving here.“
“Great pace and wonderful food. Everything was some of the best Thai I have had. They call pad Thai "Thai Thai" and that was the best dish we had. Also Thai fried rice, red curry and fresh spring rolls. My only issue with the curry is it had squash in it. But other than that everything was mighty tasty.Parking: There is plenty of parking around. We went just before lunch closing on a Saturday and there were still a few spots left both in lot and ok street. I was nervous about that but it worked out fine. Ok guessing during busy times for dinner and lunch that parking is a problem.“
“Thank you Dollie’s for keeping the vibes of sweet tomatoes/ super salad alive. I just sometimes want to fill myself up with a huge salad and endless soups to help me forget about my bad choices. I hope they’ll make more variety of gluten free pasta one day and maybe some gf muffins? A girl can dream.“
“The good is awesome. I had a turkey bacon with Jack cheese, lettuce tomatoes and cilantro ranch. It was awesome. The wrap is huge! They make salads and they have a vegetarian menu.I totally recommend Wriggles Wraps.Their customers service is great.“
“This place is always satisfying and never disappoints! It’s how each classic sandwich should be made and others that will become your new favorite. I send as many people here when visiting Salt Lake City to ensure they get a great lunch no matter what. (The Roobin pictured)“
“Best experience I have ever had with a server. Savannah at the Olive Garden by South Towne Mall is AMAZING! She was punctual, friendly, sociable and knowledgeable. The food was also amazing I recommend the shrimp scampi, my husband loved the chicken gnocchi soup.“
“My family ordered Pho 33 Special, 34 Special, rare beef & brisket, vermichelli with bbq pork, egg rolls, and spring rolls. We had an excellent server who even brought out a lime soda drink for me not even listed on the menu which is a 5 star seevice for me. They were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions (gluten-free).Dietary restrictions: Egg rolls and spring rolls are gluten free (uses rice wrapers).“
“I love Zupa's in general and this location is extra awesome. The workers are all super cheerful, helpful, and fun. They seem to really enjoy working there and be excited that you came into their location. They gave service with a smile every step of the way, even when I kept realizing I had forgotten something or needed one more thing three different times. They acted truly happy to help me every single time!“
“I just had lunch at this locations (as I do about twice a month). I just love my experience there! It is a place well taken care of, really clean, and the service is SUPERB! We had Autumn as our server and she was FANTASTIC. Her smile and demeanor, alone, are enough to keep us coming. She was super kind and really attentive to our needs and questions. Just WONDERFUL! My experience has been the same at that location for a long time now. THANK YOU!“
“Love this hole in the wall. I first tried them through Doordash and enjoyed it so much I went in person. Do not let the appearance of the restaurant fool you, the food is great! I order the SKS with tomato soup and have loved it every time I've had it. The atmosphere of the actual restaurant isn't anything fancy at all, but honestly adds to the experience in my opinion. Great price (everything is so expensive now) for the amount of food you get.“
“i didn’t take any photos sadly, we were both too hungry! this was my very first time at any olive garden and it was amazing!!! the food and service was 10/10! i got the seafood alfredo with mushrooms (i added those on) and i was blown away. i make homemade alfredo at home and it reminded me of that!:) i honestly didn’t believe that they freshly grated how much cheese you want right in front of you but they do! lol. our server was super super friendly and very attentive. it was pretty busy, but it’s just that good so obviously i understand! we didn’t wait long at all, and were even seated sooner than we were told. about 15 minutes when there were multiple large parties (10-15+) in front of us. there was only two of us. i seriously can’t say how satisfied i am, how we both are. the portions were bigger than i expected, but that’s great because now we have some great left overs for later! great first experience in my opinion, i’m so glad we chose to eat here for our valentines dinner. my chicken and gnocchi soup had plenty of gnocchi too, and veggies!:) we also spent a little more because it was our date night:)“
“The lady at the check in is not exactly a smiley one but the service is good, the food is good, you can have a nice family dinner.Kid-friendliness: The place is kid friendly. The menu is suitable for kids. These are soups which can be suitable for little kids. There is no play area but it is a place you can go with your kid. My son loves their pasta and meatballs.“
“I love Bocata and eat here regularly! And I only just recently found out that this is a sister restaurant to Settebello's pizza - which makes sense why their bread is SO good. I've had the grilled chicken sandwich and the turkey havarti sandwich, and I have also had the tomato soup - I loved them all! Their service is always so quick. The one time there was a long line, I was blown away by how quickly they served their customers. This place is a gem!“
“First time trying Rice King Express tonight & we were excited as our family loves Chinese food! We had a small incident & called the restaurant & they made sure to take care of us. They replaced all of our food which says a lot about their service! The food tasted fresh & was hot & had great flavor! We will be coming back!“
“Great place for a work lunch period it wasn't too noisy and the food was excellent. However I can never figure out how they're so cold inside! It's August and I wanted a jacket! Temp is great for summer, not to much in the winter.Clean store. Fresh ingredients. Great taste and textures!“
“Very solid fast casual restaurant with a large variety of soups, salads, and grain bowls. Similar to Panera. Love that they have a ton of healthy and delicious options, and especially love the chocolate-dipped strawberries they give you with your meal. They move quickly so great for a fast nourishing meal - main downside is the quantity of food you get is much smaller than what is shown on their menu pictures. 6 of us ate here - a mixture of bowls and pick 2 soup/salad/sandwich, and most of us left hungry.“
“My family eats at this location at least once a week. The reason is not just the food but the people. Justin is the manager at this location. He goes way above and beyond for the customers. His crew does the same. They are great! Always really friendly and kind. They remember our names and even our orders. We really appreciate all of the people that work there. Thank you!“
“I used to live in Salt Lake for three years and Zupas was always my favorite winter go to. I used to think it was on the pricier side compare to other food here, but compared to other cities it's right on target. My major problem here is that I have trouble picking one kind of soup. Mushroom, tomato basil, lobster bisque, Wisconsin cauliflower. Ugh. Honestly, I can't vouch for salads and sandwiches because I always walk right past and head for the soup!Even though I have a bit of PTSD (don't ask) when I come back to SLC (rarely), I absolutely must stop at a Zupas even if it is 100 degrees out!! It's that good. Plus, the chocolate covered strawberry at the end is a nice touch.“
“Vibrant, fresh, interesting food that you can sit and enjoy or grab and run. Serving REAL FOOD (salad) at 9 am. Thank you.Tried this on a suggestion and so glad I did. The process isn't well marked so its a bit like Cafe Rio or Subway where they build what you request.1. Pick what you want to eat. Pita, Wrap or Gyro (great for grab and go airport walking and eating) OR rice bowl, salad or plate.2. Pick your protein. Chicken, steak, falafel, meat or portabello mushrooms for the vegetarian based eaters.3. Pick your toppings and fillers. Seasoned rice, Romaine lettuce, tabouleh salad, cucumber and tomato salad, red cabbage, pickled ren onion, 2 kinds of hummus, kalamata olives, AND MORE.4. Pick your sauce or dressings. They had TzaTziki, a greek vinaigrette, a garlic cream base, Tahini, etc. You can add feta cheese also.5. To round out your meal they have apples, falafel, baklava, crisps, drinks you can add on.I didn't try the mushrooms, or sides but as for the greek salad creation that I made, the ingredients were fresh, loaded with the protein I requested, the protein was seasoned and prepared well, the toppings and fillers were thoughtfully prepared and flavorful, and I am looking forward to my next layover to try the falafel and eggplant sides.Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh veggies, salads, fillers and toppings to create a vegetarian option, even without the "portbello" protein.Dietary restrictions: Keto, Carnivore, Vegetarian“
“The staff greeted me immediately and was so helpful with the menu! The place was immaculately clean and everyone was so nice. I ordered a meatball bahn mi wrap and it was amazing! Flavorful and packed with delicious, fresh ingredients! I can't wait to go back!“
“One of the best viet spots in SLC, never had a bad meal here and even friends from our of town love it. Menu is very extensive with so many options to choose from. My favorites are the roast chicken (fried basically) egg noodles soup, wonton and cha siu egg noodles soup, and combination rice dish are all great. The sweet and savory mini pancake shrimp with coconut milk is really good and not found in many places. Def recommend when in the area, with many other food and dessert options in the chinatown supermarket complex.“
“We stopped off after looking for a unique small food place, and we were not disappointed. The sandwiches, are actual sandwiches. Something grandma would make you on a Saturday morning. Was really good... but... the fries were amazing. The staff was super nice and quick on the food preparation. The atmosphere, lacking some, but still well lit from all the windows. Was quite chilly inside, be sure to bring a coat. A must visit .“
“I go to soup kitchen almost every day but I wasn't feeling well on Friday and tried their Turkey Melt which comes with a side of chicken broth. It was the perfect thing to ease my sore throat and get me through my work day. Thank you soup kitchen for making food that always hits the spot.“
“Best experience, best service, best food. ? Caroline was my server and she was absolutely lovely. She took very good care of me. The food was amazing ? The managers were kind. Everything and everyone was great. I am grateful for my experience.#neverstopdreaming“
“I had a couple hours before my am flight and I wanted to grab some breakfast. White Horse was my choice. Quick seating and very good service. I was sat near the windows where several of us “singles” were sat. The breakfast had very small portions but a generous bacon serving. I spent just shy of $20 and it was good. Due to the other choices I would certainly go there again for bkfst!“
“It’s such a big open place big enough to hold an event. The food was so delicious it’s like a little hidden gem. Everything was made from scratch. Beans they were not canned beans, the rice and the hand made tortillas were the icing on the cake. I ordered the birria plate and my friend the chile relleno. We walked away more than full. Give it a try it will not disappoint. Home made traditional Mexican food at its best.Kid-friendliness: Great customer service“
“It's a shell of what it used to be, I went recently after not going for about 15 years and the experience was vastly different from the Soup Kitchen of the 90's to early 2000's. They used to have the most delicious and flavorful soups that drew in crowds and could not be missed, cooked and prepared with love and to perfection, but that seems to no longer be the case these days.I got the clam chowder and it lacked flavor and had a weird mushy texture, it was not creamy. Nothing like it used to be. They only offered one type of breadstick these days, and it was basic and bland, dry texture... this is a far cry from the past where they offered 3-4 different types that were far superior in texture and flavor... Where's the garlic cheesy bread that they were famous for that put them on the map and that I still had fond memories of a dozen years later?! Gone!!I got a chicken sandwich and even the bread on the sandwiches are different and inferior to what they used before, it used to be a lot more buttery and dense and delicious. The chicken didn't taste freshly prepared, it seemed like it was a warmed up breaded frozen patty. The sandwich was poorly constructed and fell apart as you ate it, the toothpicks barely helped. The interior and decor is the same from when they were established, which I actually find great and nostalgic, but there is a lot of clutter around like stacked chairs and broken freezers and some areas could be cleaned and put together a lot better without disrupting the history and charm.Overall mixed feelings now, they're definitely under new ownership or management it seems, inferior recipes and love in the food and lost key menu items from the past, they've lost their edge and appeal and seem to be holding on to mostly nostalgic customers to bring business, but it's still worth a try and hopefully they can improve for the better and survive another decade or two.“
“I picked up a quick salad, soup, cheesecake and was given a chocolate covered strawberry!Everything was yummy, and it was a quick warm meal on a cold day that I took back to my hotel room. The employees were especially helpful and gave me a couple samples of the things I wanted to get and helped me refine my order.“
“The food is worth the wait, absolutely delicious and care was put into every dish we got. They don't skimp on portion sizes, and everything is fresh. The people who run it are super sweet, but understaffed a bit, so the wait can be long.If you're looking for a delicious dinner, and you're not in too big a rush, this is a fantastic place to eat.“
