At first glance, it seems like a kitchy sort of hole in the wall...but it's also the best food, best service, and loveliest native art gallery.Absolutely fabulous meal. There are great vegetarian options too, but they're not on the posted menu, so make sure you ask. Don't skip dessert!A true family business - the chef and his daughter were working the day we came and made us feel so welcome. “This was a nice little stop. My children enjoyed the petting zook and photo stop. The petting zoo and photo area was 2 dollars to enter and carrots 2 for a dollar. There were tons of items to purchase in the store. From jewelry to pottery to novelty items, and tons of rocks. They also make homemade ice cream which was delicious. In the petting zoo they had sheep, alpacas, goats, and miniature horses. In the photo area they had a wagon, water pump, and buildings to pose at with funny signage. We stayed here for about an hour. The kids enjoyed it. I recommend stopping and enjoying it“
“Delicious food and excellent service. Don't let the location within a strip mall fool you into, not giving it a try. We were surprised by how much we enjoyed our lunch. We were surprised by how attentive the servers were. The service level seemed more typical of a fine dining restaurant.“
“Great people. Loved the service. Very unique place. Very country looking in all the fixtures including the tables and chairs. Probably the best ribeye I've ever eaten. Not a cheap place and not a fancy place. Very casual with delicious food. I'd recommend them but I'm not in a hurry to come back.“
“it was a weird day but the waitress did everything in her power to take care of us. i ordered the steak and eggs, surprisingly the steak was tender and yummy. and i say surprisingly because, when has anyone gone to a breakfast place and received a good steak. it's unheard of. i would go every weekend if i didn't live all the way in ivins.“
“Traveled all day and were always up for a bbq place - the meat was great, we didn’t care for their corn bread or special butter. My issue was with price vs portion sizes. I definitely did not get full. Usually 2 regular sides is what you get with an entree. This was more like a lunch portion. Just a heads up. If I had known I would have ordered more.“
