“If you like Italian food then you have to visit this restaurant in SLC! We went there twice during our 4 day stay. The service was great and so was the food! For appetizers I recommend the whipped Brie and carpaccio. The bread service was also so yummy! As for the entrees we got the risotto, brasato braised beef, truffle pasta which were 10/10. The filet Mingon was also tasty but could use a little bit less salt. Ravioli al Funghi is vegan and also tasted very fresh. As for dessert I would recommend the tiramisu! Honestly everything was flavorful 10/10 recommend.“
“Such a beautiful classy restaurant they had live music, they had a dark romantic atmosphere and the server Liz felt warm and attentive to my every need. Even the owner came and greeted us to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We went because of the Carbonara Special but I can see myself going for a special occasion. This is a very fantastic place and I highly recommend it to satisfy the Italian foodie.“
“Great experience, amazing food. Very skilled chef and servers. They seem like they should be in a fancy stand alone building. I was surprised at the high level of class hiding behind their doors.Dietary restrictions: They make sure to ask if your group has any dietary restrictions before they serve youParking: Free parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“Food is ALWAYS GREAT here, when they actually get it right…. The people working here didnt speak a lick of English, our entire order was super wrong, we had to send it back (which I’ve done one other time in my entire life) and they got it super wrong again, not a I didn’t want onions and the put onions in the food wrong, like, a, I ordered chicken tikka and they brought out a vegetarian pizza, wrong) THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES…. Finally just ate the food they gave us to get out of there since we’d been there for almost 3 hours…“
“We are from Pocatello and we came to SL for a fun hangout day, decided we wanted to get some good Italian food came here and it is the best food and restaurant we have ever had! Hands down will definitely come here again! Our waiter was amazing too he was very nice! A great place to eat! Thank you Per Noi Trattoria Family!“
“What a cool Italian place here in SLC. It was my first time and in the mid-afternoon. The service was exceptional (sampling with descriptions and even met the nonna!) and the pesto is excellent. Northern Dolomiti heritage. Going back for more pesto and local-made sausage!“
“We went here because of the great reviews but had a little different experience. The four of us ordered cannelloni, Tuscan chicken pasta, a mushroom pizza, and chicken mushroom ravioli with pesto sauce. Everything was served at the same time, and it was all hot except the ravioli, which was barely warm. The cannelloni (two on the plate) were not pasta in any traditional sense, more like a crepe wrapped around the filling. The food was pretty good, not great, and overpriced in our opinions for the size of the portions, which were adequate but not generous, except for the pizza. It was of a good size. We asked for water and received Costco bottled water at $1.75 each. Our server did as well as she could, but she was the only person running the restaurant, including cooking. We left a decent tip because she earned it, but we will not go back.Edited after reading the owner's two responses (the first, apparently written in haste and anger, was appropriately deleted, but I have a screenshot) --In hindsight I raised the food and general ratings to four stars. As you can see in my review, most of my issues were not with food quality. In my many experiences with Italian restaurants through the years, I have never seen cannelloni served in crepes.Local restaurants generally offer the option of free tap water in glasses. It is not mandatory, and if we had read the menu more closely, we would have seen water listed among the drinks, an oversight on our part.Based on what I mentioned in the original review, and especially based on your first response, we are more committed than ever to not returning.“
“Probably my favorite Italian food joint in the state of Utah or really anywhere I've been. Their Spinach dip is murder to a diet cause you just keep eating it. 1500cal later on Spinach dip alone your consoling yourself with a lie saying, "atleast the cheese had protein." Then they bring the meal and yer thinkin, "but i just ate?" Service is always great even if the company your with is not. Youll be glad you went anyway.“
“Overpriced phily sandwiches, the amount of meat and cheese is minimum. The large sandwich is expensive about $13 without soda or fries, and it should barely cost 5 dollars. Low quality ingredients, average taste makes the perfect combination to waste your money and never come back. Everything wrong with Moochie's, this guys that will rip you off! avoid them, I have warned you.“
“Going to go out my way to heap praise on VENETO. I took my wife for her 40th birthday. She is from Northern Italy. Normally we avoid Italian restaurants like the plague but the menu was full of authentic Northern Italy dishes and ingredients. Once she saw Marco, the owner, is from Verona, she was sold to try.The service is exceptional -- like dining in Italy. Super high service and food standard Loved the small space -- there's only 15 or so tables in the restaurant. The Antipasta and Primer dishes were amazing. We did the beef tartare and a certain quiche-like dish (Sformato) very unique to the region -- my wife loved them and I did too.For Primeri we did the gnocchi and the pear ravioli. Exceptionally made. Tiramisu for dessert and it was beautiful - almost as good as my wife's :-).Have to shoutout Mariano for his hosting too. My wife felt back home and was so so happy at the whole experience. Thank you for making that day even more special.Highly highly recommend.“
“Only one problem. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding, our waiter (Arty) was outstanding, the ambience was outstanding, and there was only one issue. Parking was perfect for valet drop off at the front but after dinner, when we were returning to our car, the valet indicated we should walk straight across the pathway transitioning the island, which meant stepping into a large reservoir of water about 2 feet across. There was snow and ice everywhere else and that transition was not feasible. Therefore, as a couple of 80 year-old customers, we had to walk all the way around the island in the snow and the slippery ice with no help or guidance from the valet. One slip in those conditions would have been a disaster. Why could the valet not have just simply moved the car up to the door for our exit? Or, why could you not have a small bridge across the deep water that blocked our transition across the island? Other than that, our experience was outstanding, and we are looking forward to considering having another dinner at Tuscany in the future.“
“This place is so good. This is the second time we’ve picked up pasta here and, so far, our favorite sauces are the simple San Marzano and San Marzano with veggies. The latter has more of that onion flavor you might be used to in sauces if you don’t usually get simple red sauces. The pasta is fresh and has a great bite. It’s not watery, overcooked, or bland. A lot comes in a regular size so you’ll be filled. Both flavors of panna cotta are wonderful. The chocolate is rich and the mixed berry is my personal favorite.I really appreciate that there’s a place with great fresh pasta that’s so accessible.“
“Went for lunch today 3-2-24 and an awesome experience - lots of parking - located between Nordstrom $ Macey's - lots of parking since it's near a mall entrance! The service people deserves a 5+ rating - you order & pay at the counter but they bring your order to your table! They will bring water & cups & refills to your table and offer needed silverware! We came for an early lunch but discovered they just changed to opening a hour later at noon! No problem they were as kind & apologetic and allowed us to wait at a table & even offered water ! I got their lunch exclusive- calabrese focaccia- A focaccia sandwich filled with spicy salami tomatoes mozz cream - very very yummy and can't wait to have it again! It's only served until 2 pm so come on early to try their lunch specials! Everything looks so good - we'll be back for more great service & yummy food. It's well worth the try you won't be disappointed!“
“Ruben sandwich was amazing. We usually get the cheese steak, which is so delicious, but I tried the ruben today. I was surprised at how delicious it was there. Everything there has been so yummy; the sauces are the best. I would strongly recommend Moochies.“
“This restaurant is beautiful, has great service, and amazing food! We walked right in with a large party and we were seated in beautiful a private room. If you love modern Italian food and haven’t been here yet, you need to give them a try. You will be impressed!“
“Fantastic Experience at Olive Garden Sandy! The food was exquisite, with every dish bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. The ambience was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by our server HEA! . From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and received attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. HEA went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, and their genuine passion for hospitality truly shone through. I can't recommend Olive Garden Sandy enough - a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious food, cozy ambience, and impeccable service. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit truly memorable!“
“The experience here was really fun and lively. The food was amazing and the chef came out to say hello and check on us, the other staff was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The prices were very reasonable and the quality of food was very impressive. I wish the place was a bit bigger but that's not a big deal at all. I've definitely told many people to try this place if you haven't tried it and to go back and try another amazing dish.“
“Loved the experience at Bartolo's! Excellent service! The server had great recommendations, and was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was excellent, and delivered with great timing. The foccaccia appetizer was delicious. We had the house salad, and a side caeser salad with no chicken. Both salads were very light on dressing, which was great. The main dinner was a Lamb Campanelle and a Pistachio Pesto Campanelle with added shrimp. Both were excellent. We especially loved the fresh pasta. I was impressed with how much lamb was in the dish. Bartolo's is a definite place to go again!“
“Seasons never disappoints! their quality is top tier and the flavors and freshness are unmatched im so thankful that out of all the fast food type vegan restaurants and repetitive same old nasty dishes like tiger wings, impossible burgers etc. I have the privilege to have an amazing place like seasons in my city thank you seasons!“
“My Wife and I have been going there since we moved to Utah in 1968 this is our go to restaurant for great food. We love the benders and such fresh salad. We brought our kids there for years and now are grandkids are going there and love it. Not only is the food fabulous but the service is top notch. We highly recommend this restaurant, you just can’t go wrong going to Italian Village. Absolutely the best in the SL valley. Terry and Donna“
“pizza was delicious 5$ for two deluxe slices(some of the best pizza of my life!) or 7$ for enough pepperoni pizza to feed a family of 5! not local but it makes me want to come backKid-friendliness: super kid friendly my three year old were crazy and made a mess and they were extremely understanding and kind! also let my kids draw on receipt and didn’t get mad when my daughter touched the tip jar.“
“Food was good and satisfying 4 star on chicken alfredo. Customer service was 5 star excellent. Very cute place and definitely has the feel of family owned and caring. We had chicken Alfredo, salad, dessert. I would like to try some other things on the menu. If I could have given 4.5, I would have.“
“Bridget at Buca di Beppo in Fort Union went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional! Not only was she attentive and personable, but she also took the time to engage with our 4-year-old daughter, making her feel special and keeping her entertained throughout the meal.Bridget's genuine warmth and playful spirit added an extra layer of joy to our dining experience, and her impeccable service made us feel valued and cared for. We can't thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality for our family. I highly recommend Buca di Beppo for a delightful dining experience with exceptional service!“
“I love Italian food!! I need it very often since I grew up eating this type of food!! The one in this place is very good, at reasonable prices. The service has always been good and I like the relaxed atmosphere, you never feel dazed even if the place is full.“
“First off not all Olive gardens are the same ❣️ This one was good. My oldest gave my hubby and I a gift card for a date night♥️ We don't get them often sadly. But we like lunch or brunch. It was delicious as Olive garden usually is for us. We were put in a corner near the bar it was perfect ❣️ So thank you❣️“
“Great waiter and great food. Down side...We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated when the restaurant wasn't busy and over half empty. Most workers were standing around talking to each other. Our waiter and the good food made up for the wait.“
“For no reason at all, I hadn't been to a Marco's store for years. So we decided to try it again. Boy, am I glad we did. We stopped by the store on 68th and Redwood Rd, in West Jordan, UT. We an extra-large deluxe combo. The girl that waited on us was a delight. The pizza was delicious and I was really surprised at how reasonable the price was. We have already been back a couple of times, once ordering on line. Each time the experience was the same: great service, delicious food and reasonable cost.“
