We had awesome drinks (alcohol or non-alcohol), had a great feast, and really had fun singing karaoke. The service is super attentive, meeting all of our customized needs, big shootouts to Amanda, our waitress!”

“The food was pretty good, I only had issues with the mashed potatoes and gravy. There was no saving those mashed potatoes. The Mac n Cheese was incredible, and I will dream about the taste for the next week or so.

Lastly they had some hard water stained glasses, which was very off putting. All in all it was a great experience.”

“My wife and I were our way to the Maverick Center, and she wanted some sushi. I saw the sign, and it turned out to be some of the most exquisite tasting sushi we've ever had. We'll definitely be returning. Next time, we'll order from the Korean menu.
I'll also note that our server was the most friendly and attentive waitress we've had in a LONG time she was amazing. This place deserves more than 5 stars!
Oh, one more thing, the prices are great too. You can easily take the whole family.”

I told her I didn’t want anything, I just wanted to be heard and to let those workers know how their customer service needs to be improved. She offered us the gift card to “make things right”. I ended up having to take my kids to go to the bathroom, and they saw that I had pulled into a parking stall. When we came back they have the food ready and said they tried to find me. They went up and beyond to make sure I got my food.”

The shop is like the ones you will find if you went to Mazatlan, Cancun, or Puerto Villarta. I've traveled or sailed a few times to these destinations and going to Antojitos is like taking a mini vacation.

“I’m a girl from Hue and pho Cali’s bun bo hue tastes like it does in Hue and at mom’s! I am delighted to have such great Vietnamese food while visiting SLC. The bun Bo hue is a deep flavourful broth that is served piping hot, with lots of meat and a generous side of herbs and veggies which is a must for Vietnamese cuisine. The owner is such a lovely woman, and cares deeply for her staff and her business. 10/10 I would return the next time I’m snowboarding in SLC!”

But as far as corn dogs go, this place is great. the food is priced right for what you get and the staff (i could be wrong but it seems like a mother daughter team) are great! super freindly and FAST service... the food would have a better rating but I personally cant get over the stick... its like a giant paper stick from a lollipop... not the easiest to eat off of compared to a wooden stick. “I will start by saying we love The Break, the food is amazing, top notch, and we go before every hockey game. I think management needs to know tonight they missed the mark in regards to service by a lot. I arrived at 5:40, by 6:00 I was in search to find out who our server was as no one had stopped by the table. 30+ minutes after my arrival at 6:15 she arrived. I ordered our drinks AND meals but before I did, I asked how long she expected the food to arrive since we were going to the game. Side note tonight was not half as busy as other nights we have been here. She said that the food would be out in 20 minutes so we decided to stay. 6:40, an hour after arrival and our drinks are finally served. At 7:00 my husbands meal is served, 45 minutes after the order was placed. At 7:10 we had to find someone to ask about mine because by that time he is half done eating his meal and I still don’t have mine. Needless to say I was pretty upset as we had now missed the entire first period of the hockey game by the time we left.”

“I have been eating at Pho 99 since 1998, when they had their old location more south of where they are at now. Like all pho places are like a mom and pops shop. I always get the urge for pho and this is the place I love most, they have a variety of food which is just as good. Price is reasonable, he service when busy... please be patient the food is worth the wait.

“I came when it was slow, yet they were out of an item that I wanted. I substituted something else. The food was good. I went to get ice cream and was told that, too, was out. I find it funny that I was still charged the full price for the meal but was not allowed to have the full dinner.”

“The service is always very good but today it was very bad, a person who was bagging threw the bread into the bag and it looks very bad. That's food and you don't have to do it that way. Another point is that she told the cashier the total and the cashier was wrong and the person who was bagging raised her voice and told her the total again. If she is upset, the person should take it out at home, not on the people around her at work. I hope another day she has a better day.”
