I will definitely visit this location again. The lobby was extremely clean, the employees were very friendly and to top it off I had the experience of seeing them make me a fresh waffle cone.The smell of the waffle cone was SCRUMPTIOUS.Overall I had a GREAT experience and will definitely come back with friends.Thanks Oldtown

The customer service I had received upon my entrance was very warm. The menu was extremely easy to read and not confusing like some other places. The people who there working were very attentative to my presence and making sure my order was right and made just the way I like it without me telling th how I want it. The gentleman that was serving our ice cream took an entire minute to greet us. I had to ask if he was ready and it should be the other way around. No engagement not friendly. And also their waffle cones are now $3. Never spent $20 on 2 scoops of ice cream before. I said the guy should have mentioned thatAnd the woman’s response was “it’s on the board” ?
