Cafe 44, now Jula's on the Potomac, offers a great waterfront balcony view and delicious food, perfect for first-timers. Though bugs can be a slight issue, the staff is attentive. Guests used to enjoy free parking but now have to pay for parking without validation. The food and beverages are good, worth a visit for the food alone. However, the restaurant can get overwhelmed during busy times, resulting in long waits for drinks and courses. Lunchtime might be a better option than dinnertime due to staffing issues, as the restaurant seems too big for its current staff capacity.
