Very droll employees both times I have gone I get my food missing fries once. And on both occasions my milk shake was not delivered with the burger had to set and wait. No timing, employees walk around like zombies no for thought very little customer interaction not even a smile. The taste is quit good tho. Fries are super mushy but fresh. Very great tasting since mushy. More a fan of in and out burger

first time i came here went great so i came back today with my friend who ordered no pickles, repeated it several times, the cashier confirmed, I placed my order with pickles and lettuce, nothing else stated. both our orders came out wrong where he got pickles and I was given tomatoes instead of pickles. the cashier then started speaking to the cooks in spanish about how I didn't ask for pickles so the cook asked me and i clarified in spanish that I asked for only pickles and...read full review

Typical Five Guys food, tasty and consistent. What is not great here is the service or the atmosphere. BLASTING punk rock music you can barely order, freezing cold in the restaurant, and employees were not friendly or engaging in any way. Definitely better experiences at other locations.
