Potbelly’s “Clubby” sandwich is a cult classic, and not a lot of stores or employees will make them for you since they don’t actually appear on the menu. That’s not the case today, had the pleasure of dining at the Potbelly’s on King Street, and the employees were friendly, Happy and glad to see you. Wanted to give a special shout out to this particular potbelly. They have THE BEST COSTUMER SERVICE! Every time I come, they are so sweet and helpful this particular time I was asking about the red velvet cookie and asked the cashier, Camille, what her opinions were. She literally bought the cookie for me just to try and gave the cookie to me just so I could taste it after giving me her review. They always go above and beyond. I go out of my way to go to Potbelly.
