“I love this bakery! Since, the first visit everything I have ever ordered has been fresh, well prepared and delicious! I love the teas, coffees, sandwiches and of course the dessert!! I travel out to them every year to get a cake on my birthday. That is how amazing they are.“
“Really comforting ambiance and beautiful decor. We came on a regular Tuesday night and there were only two other groups in the cafe. Bingsoo was about $26 before tax and we thought it was a little pricey until they brought it out. Easily double or almost triple the size of bingsoos at other places and we had a hard time finishing it between two people!Black sesame bingsoo was creamy and had just the right amount of black sesame nuttiness. I'm a big fan of sesame and places usually don't add this much to their desserts, so I was pretty pleasantly surprised by how much sesame was in the bingsoo. Could have used more cornflakes but I can't complain.“
“It's a bubble tea place, not much else to say. Practically speaking I believe it to be the best in the area, and also one of the better deals too. They have some food options too but I haven't sampled any of them. They are open late which is nice for a late night treat / hangout. The shopping center it's in gets busy at all hours so sometimes parking can be annoying, but I've never not found a spot.“
“My daughter in law has been enjoying your coffee for quite a few years. She was in the area 3/11 and 12(dates matter in this case) so she brought me a long. I love the vibe and cozy feeling!I ordered a cold brew. Best damn brew I'd tasted, in fact, I came back in on 3/18, 19, and 20 for more!I then went back on Monday of this week (3/25) before work and had a very different cold brew. No flavor, just bitter and tastes burned. I came in again and spoke with Tina who told me that sometimes when a new batch of cold brew is made by someone different, it changes. Here's my two cents - have the person who brewed the coffee early March continue making the batches - Delicious!!On a different note, Tina and two young guys who work for you are fabulous! Friendly, kind, attentive, and funny.“
“I highly recommend their mochi with red bean paste center made fresh daily. Been buying from them for years. It is very soft and delicious and very reasonably priced compare to Sheila Bakery, you get 2 versus 1 there. The quality rivals wagashi shops in Tokyo, Japan I kid you not.“
“Got the brown sugar matcha since I like that flavor combo. Taste was there and not as sweet as I thought but I actually like that since boba is rather sugary in general. I've been here several times in the past and while cozy (small), it is nice and I never feel rushed to order. I really liked their Vietnamese coffee boba as well. The only thing is that pulling in and then parking can be a hassle and it's more out of the way from a bunch of the main eateries in Annandale but nonetheless an enjoyable boba spot in the area.“
“So glad that the O Bread location in Annandale re-opened so I don't have to go to Centreville. Also, it's nice to have more bakery options (even though there's already several, haha). My friend and I stopped by last week to pick up some pastries. So many delicious options, so I ended up picking four pastries. Most pastries are around 3.00, which isn't a bad price to splurge a bit for breakfast or snack. The MILK SHONG SHONG was good with a nice milk/cream flavor. I enjoyed both BLUEBERRY BUN and CHEWY BLUEBERRY BREAD (I think this one had a cream cheese center). I would get all three of these again. I also got the MATCHA STEAMED CASTELLA (has some red bean in it, too) that had a nice matcha flavor but the castella, overall, was a bit too dry. Definitely will be back to try more pastries and maybe some drinks. They have a variety of cakes here, too.“
“Very friendly staff! Kind, informative, prompt. Waffle was delicious and warm. Had a nice crisp to the outside, fluffy and full inside. Generous amount of ice cream. Very delicious. I got the regular waffle with ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar.“
“Good Korean bakery with tasty dessert breads and beautiful, delicious cakes. The coffee bun is my favorite and the mango mousse cake is a family favorite choice for birthday cakes. I recently got the mango mousse cake for a retirement party and everyone raved about how good it was and had second slices. Cakes come with complimentary cutting knife and decorative topper. Prices are a bit high and service is not amazing, but still a great bakery overall. Can order in advance online for efficient pickup.“
“Now that the weather is heating up, there's nothing like enjoying a cold and refreshing bowl of bingsu! I ordered the Strawberry and Green (Matcha) Bingsu and a Crispy Rice Korean Corn Dog with a beef hotdog and mozzarella. The bingsu was delicious! It had the perfect amount of sweetness with a very creamy matcha flavor! To my surprise, the cornflakes in the dish stayed crisp and added a nice textural contrast. I also really enjoyed the pieces of rice cake spread throughout the bingsu. The corn dog also had a really nice crunch. I thought that the crispy rice was a nice alternative to the usual Korean corn dog toppings. It paired really nicely with the sugary coating and was almost like a rice crispy treat! Inside, the corn dog had a nice cheese pull and a juicy sausage. This location has a lot of seating and a nice intercom that alerts you when your order is ready. I'll definitely be coming back to get this bingsu again!“
“No-frills, Cafe V is run by kind people who efficiently make you your coffee. Enjoying more sweet drinks, I enjoyed the large honey cinnamon latte. Within minutes, it was ready at the bar on a Sunday morning. The space is very practical with plenty of tables. My latte was over $7, which seemed a little expensive, but everything is these days.“
