One of the best (and most unique) desserts I've had in the D.C. area is in Annandale, Virginia. After Korean BBQ at nearby Kogiya, my friends were craving bingsu (shaved ice dessert), bringing us to this Korean tea house. A Korean tea house with a theater. The theater part is a project cartoon on the wall. There are western style tables and an area where you can sit at low tables on the floor after removing your shoes. Most of the limited menu is sweet with rice flour waffles with rice syrup with sesame seeds, toasted and ground up, or bingsoo which is a shaved ice dessert, with red beans and mochi.
